A beautiful place with friendly people

The hostel is beautiful, well decorated, the facilities are all very good, bathrooms and showers are always clean (and they provide soap and shower gel), beds in shared rooms have curtains, the private double room was a delight to be in and the staff members are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Lizeth is very smiley, easy to talk to and assisted me with whatever issues I had. Its only a short walk from the main plaza. A must stay!

    Perfect pitstop between treks

Good facilities and comfy beds, the perfect pit stop between treks such as Salkantay, Rainbow Mountain and visits to Machu Picchu. I stayed here 3 times between different activities. It is always nice to have a free breakfast and the staff are super helpful, especially with storing luggage for multiple days at a time. It's not the most sociable hostel I've stayed in if that's what you're after but the value for money is great. If you feel like splashing out on a private room, the privates are really nicely done and super comfy. Some disturbance with people getting up early for treks between 3 - 5am but I imagine this happens in most hostels in Cusco given the treks on offer in the city. Thanks Way Kap! I'd definitely stay here again.

The social area can easily be improved making it more of a big circle instead of little tables of a restaurant vibe

I had recommendations about how chill the place is and it was precisely what I needed. Breakfast is good and the beds and the location are great. But by far the best thing about the hostel was the staff, specially Liz! The level of attention and support she provided is next level and she definitely made my stay much better! Thank you Liz!!

Only one day there was no hot water in the showers, but I know issues happen.

Breakfast is definitely one of the highlights. The location is also good! The beds are comfortable and private, even though you are sharing with other people. It has a kitchen, and the staff is really nice. I do recommend this place.

The kitchen was dirty. Also, it is not very nice that smoking area is right in front of the kitchen and also in front of the private rooms (with shared bathrooms). The breakfast was a mixed bag, and it took especially long for the staff to restock it. We booked a tour via the hostel and it was unfortunately very rushed and stopped at these horrible tourist traps.

The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, a desk and an additional armchair. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the hostel had the vibe of place for grown up backpackers, hence no parties but nice community areas.

If that place could be a little cleaner, although in general it is clean. Breakfast is a little on the low side. And the bathroom in the showers are outside the room

I ended up staying a week and a half in the hostel. The staff was great all along my stay there were attentive and nice and helpful. The rooms are pretty new and he got a locker and it's pretty quiet. I'll still is in a good location, very close to the center.

The breakfast room was cold in the mornings. Even after they asked what they could improve, they just replied "yes it's rainy season". Well the breakfast room was really cold and staff left the door open most of the time. Install a heater

Really good new hostel. Location is very close to everything, center, market, shops etc. The beds are comfy and the dorms give you enough space for privacy. Furthermore there is enough space to relax and socialise. The kitchen was also well equipped.Showers were warm and bathroom usually clean. Many toilets so no traffic

    Absolutely nothing.

They have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. The dorm beds are private, the breakfast is amazing and the restaurant area is so cosy and beautiful. Heaps of lovely light areas to chill. Free tea and cocoa leaves 24/7. Showers are strong and hot. Staff are amazing. Kitchen is excellent and well maintained. One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed. Also a great vibe between travellers, chilled and social but def not a party place.

Stayed in Rain Season. It would be nice if the doors and windows would not all the time been open, as it was quite cold - no cosy atmosphere possible. But it's more about the weather, not the Hostel

Everything. Would stay again. (Stayed 3 nights in 14-Bed-Share-Room), Staff friendly, helpful and carrying (got brought tea from Royer when I felt sick), Breakfast Buffet, also nice dining room, every morning very hard cleaning of the bathroom

There could be some improvements. Like hangers in the room would be really nice. Also there could be one more toaster at the breakfast, because there's sometimes a queue to warm up the toastie. At the end it's just details that I'm complaining about, but would be a big improvement.

New clean hostel for a good price with breakfast included. Also has a good kitchen, which is a rarity in Cusco apparently. I also like the amount of places to sit down (read as common area). The location is a bit further from the city center and San Blas, but close to a supermarket and San Pedro market. Overall I would recommend.
