The bed is very comfortable, there’s always hot water and the breakfast is good. If you have to leave early, they give you a lunchbox.

The breakfast offered was odd, someday there was only fruit to eat with coffee and other days they had hot food. My room was above the the Cafe, it could be a little loud sometimes.

Rooms facing the street are really noisy. The hot water went out one of the days and had to take a cold shower in the morning.

Affordable clean rooms. Breakfast included with the price. Staff is excellent. Restaurant at the first floor of hotel where breakfast is served and can also buy food.

My room didn’t have curtains so as soon as the sun started to come up the room was filled with light. The noise from outside the hotel was also really loud, that goes across the city though, so would recommend taking ear plugs.

The staff were very friendly and good, the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Everything was bad. The place is not like the pictures at all. The bedsheets were dirty, the towels had holes in it, it was very noisy, internet didn’t work, breakfast was horrible (even though it was on a restaurant). I do not recommend this place.

The only good thing about this place is the staff, who are very sympathetic.

One of the reception staff was really rude and not helpful, didn’t care (example: gave us ham and cheese sandwiches while we specifically said we were vegan). We paid extra for a room with a view, but instead had a view on an old ugly building on a very busy and noisy road, which made it difficult to sleep. When raised to the staff, we were not offered any solutions.

Big shower and good space. Comfortable beds and some staff really nice. Close to center.

Super dirty and mouldy room , very unhealthy to bread the horrible smell , shower was filthy, the room was a small David was uncomfortable, and the hotel is looking tired

The hotel was dirty and the room was far ti be like the one they show on the pictures , the room was full of mould and dirty , we left same day, I’m Not recommending the hotel, the pictures are fake and according the receptionist the pictures online corresponds to the “suite” that they have but not to the other rooms Very confusing

What a horrible hotel. Nobody was there to pick up our luggage. We were provided with a dirty room where floors were not clean, the bed was not clean. The backs of the pillows had hair. The bathroom was not clean as well. The bathroom has a leaked pipe, the floor was flooded from the washbasin pipe. I would recommend everyone to avoid the hotel.

The staffs are only one nice. The breakfast was okay.

I got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was the main reason I got the room. The tub wouldn't plug up and the jacuzzi part was actually broken, nothing would turn on..so I didn't get to take the bath I had been so hoping for after arriving from a super long 2 day trip.

The room was really beautiful and the bed was so comfortable.
