Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room is small — only place to sit was one desk chair. Very limited storage space. Newly opened— staff is a little inexperienced but very kind.

every time i check in there is always a problem: -I ask for high floor: 4th floor. Sometime I get it sometime not so I end up on the second floor. -One time I had two rooms and they did forget to clean the two rooms. We usually check in at 2 to 3 am. they did a rebate of Euro 100 but my friend could not get it because his room was paid through Booking.com Last time I call to make a reservation and they told me that the hotel was fully booked so I did book with booking .com -Last time they give me the handicap room on the second floor and the mini safe did not work and the staff could not make it work so I use the hotel safe.Quite important in a hotel where most of the time the shops accept only cash. The staff is very nice but their is a lack of suppervision. I am a regular customer coming from New Zealand because my Catamaran is based in Taha'a

The only thing we did not expect was the length of celebratory noise from the bars. Previous reviews had mentioned the nearby bars, and so we were expecting some noise, but on Friday and Saturday, they partied loudly until 4:00 am. So bring earplugs! I am not sure if a room on the opposite side of the hotel might be quieter. We really liked the location and the staff, and the air conditioning worked well. We spent our days wandering around the area on foot and felt safe. The open air market, the docks, and gardens along the harbor are all an easy walk.
Breakfast was a bit pricey for our taste, and did not offer any eggs or meat. We went a few blocks away and enjoyed Poisson Cru, as well as hot scrambled eggs.

We made it work, and for the price we were very happy. But, when we pulled out the sleeper sofa, we could have used just a bit more for space to move about the room. But I have to say, for an older person that sofa bed was really comfortable! Thank you
The staff are super friendly and professional. We were very happy with the location and how close everything was for our stay. Would highly recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Clubs next door plays music until 3 am and beyond. The bed is firm. Small rooms. No balcony.
Central to the city. $20 breakfast. Parking offsite is available.

The rooms are much smaller than the pictures depict but it was for only one night as our plan got in after the last ferry left for Moorea. That said, it was really clean. The other issue, which wasn't necessarily the hotel's fault is that we came in on Halloween. There were parties everywhere and late into the night.
It was conveniently located next to the ferries. Walkable with a lot of rolling luggage. The staff were great! Spoke great English and were very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Great staff, good location, parking a bit far (250m) but very manageable. Some karaoke bars located nearby (some people should stop trying to sing), but it was not too bad. Breakfast good, accommodating with late arrival and keeping bags for late departure.

The mattress was to hard was like sleeping on hard floor. The music from the bars until 3 AM too loud. The room that we got were right close to de elevator so you can hear every movement and every time someone pushes the button you hear the “DING” sound. The price and the quality of what you are getting is not good at all.

There are issues with weekend bar noise, wifi connection for laptops and hot water in handshower. Water pressure in shower is low, plug in the sink doesnt work. Room is rather small. Not exactly cheap. But the staff make up for it.
Staff is great and very helpful. Great location and good breakfast place and great bars next door. Easy to get taxi.

It is right next to a karaoke/live band pub. So that went for a while on sat and Sunday night, but was able to sleep with them playing.
The location is great - able to walk to/from the ferry and able to walk to get food. Nice area to walk along the marina. From desk staff are 10/10 amazing
