ItalyWe stayed one night after our long journey from Europe. Reva picked us up and took us to the airport the next day, she's very nice and gave us warm welcome to the island. The place is very clean and tidy. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast was simply amazing!!! Recommended!!!

Reva, her husband, & her sister went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and are very sweet & sincere people. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anybody! Location is super convenient and not in the middle of any busy business district. Reva was waiting for us at the airport upon arrival & was always on time for transfers. Extremely fair with pricing for accommodations, car rental, & extra transfers (to the cruise port. Maruru Reva!

Reva, the owner is just great - You can tell she is very dedicated to the well-being of her guests. Welcome juice and fruits were an awesome touch. Very flexible on pick-up and drop-off times to the airport (our drop-off time is 4:30am). Entire room is perfectly clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very practical. Garden area is nice and comfortable to enjoy the evening. Whilst we didn't have a chance to try them, there were plenty of interesting activities available from the lodge - we wish we would have had more time here. Exactly what we needed on our last evening of our holiday in French Polynesia

United StatesThe problem with our particular stay was that we never actually got to stay there, due to "over-booking". I say "overbooking" because I suspect it was more like preferential booking. There was a group of friends and family (of the owners) having a farewell gathering there and although we saw a small garden bungalow unoccupied (door open, clean and completely welcoming for the next guest) we were told that due to an error we would be staying elsewhere. That was fine with us (a bit confused) but we took our luggage back to the street and loaded up in a vehicle that took us to the top of the mountain we were already on, to a palatial brand new home with spectacular views! If that would have been the final situation, we would have been thrilled. Unfortunately, the other two "guests" that were staying there, were obviously caretakers of someone's property and just like ourselves, were not expecting this arrangement. We were shown a beautiful bedroom/shower/bath and also shown a common kitchen area with a patio overlooking the city below. The caretakers were courteous but clearly not happy we were sharing their spot. We were then shown back to our room and the host drove off the mountain top leaving us with no option to basically leave the property and the wifi password didn't work either. We sneaked out to the kitchen to heat up some food we had bought earlier that day and as we were about to sit and eat, the caretakers returned from somewhere else and clearly were annoyed that we were out of our room. So back we went and ate our dinner in our room of this huge home with a beautiful view that we never got a chance to enjoy. I barely slept the rest of the night worrying that our 4;45am pick-up to the airport was going actually happen, since our host had gone back to party with her friends & family. To her credit, the host was there promptly at 4:45am, as promised, and took us back down the mountain to the airport on...
The location of Maneva was really good (just overlooking the airport area) The Lodge was quaint and felt very welcoming with a common kitchen area down by the garden. It was well appointed and had a wonderful garden seating area.

United StatesI asked if the room was paid for when we left in the morning and I was told "yes". I then received a message that the room was not paid for. I asked them to call me for my credit card number. They called me once at 1 am and I did not answer, the follow up email from them was a threat to call the authorities, this after one call at 1 am. Buyer beware here. I emailed them again and asked them to contact me for my credit card number. I do not have their phone number to call them
