We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe enjoyed the owners and staff. Breakfast and dinner were included and the food and service were very good. The rooms are very nice and the whole property has been recently upgraded. The entertainment on Saturday night was exceptional. We would have had a very different experience if the weather would have been better. We were not able to take tours due to the strong winds and rain during our stay.

The Opoa had a fantastic property, staff, and vibe. We absolutely loved they all-inclusive feel while still remaining a boutique property.

United StatesThere are very few dining options in the area so most people eat in their hotels. With that said I wished there were more daily specials to mix it up a bit. Also disappointed there was no real beach area.

Bungallows are nice,, service is very good, but its definitely not a beach hotel, as there is no beach. The pictures are misleading. It's a long drive to get there and not worth it.
