l did not appreciate from the write up that I would be scaling a ladder (without hand rails) to get to the bed. I found it all a bit hairy.

Personally I enjoyed everything, but the concept of staying in a cabin may not be for everyone. No windows in the cabin.

Modern, nice ambiance, and super clean. Friendly, helpful, smiling staff. Close to the ferry, and walking distance to downtown and market district.

My only issue really was that my bed was a "top bunk" style (in a single room), so had to climb several steps every time I wanted to lay down. Thankfully, I'm relatively fit and able, but maybe somebody of lesser-mobility would struggle with it. Like i said, it wasn't a major issue, but with the room being so small and compact, you didn't really have a choice of anywhere else to sit.

The room was clean, and regulalry maintained. The breakfast was good, and the location of the hotel (directly opposite the ferry terminal) was excellent!

as it had just opened it wasn’t fully functioning but that’s was ok. the karaoke bar next door kept me awake all night

They are in the middle of construction, which wasn't disclosed on their website. The restaurant and roof terrace was not finished yet. Although this was unexpected, a terrace was open for our use, and the staff upgraded my room for the inconvenience without any problem!

The location is excellent....right across from the ferry and just a short walk to the center of town! The staff was exceptionally nice, and the room was beautiful...decorated lovely and very comfortable!

The room was way too small, it was extremely challenging to open our suitcases, there was a raised top bunk bed, so really dangerous for sleepwalkers or those who suffer from vertigo! We also experienced another room a few days later with an ordinary bed and the room felt bigger and safer so I’d suggest to ask for that one!

It is located closed to the ferry so perfect as a transitional hotel to spend the night and catch the ferry

The price was expensive for a room with shared bathroom and no windows, but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel in a convenient location for catching the ferry. There is a club next door but we could barely hear it from our room, which was great. Fine for a one-night stay!

The first night with the high bed. It's amazing except for someone like myself who is bigger with having to climb up but that is a me issue. Otherwise, great place.

We loved how accomodating the staff were. All around care and support. The guy that did the night shift was just excellent and great. Great communication, good sense of humor and kind. Very efficient with booking taxi especially when our flight got cancelled. Very attentive.
