Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceThe cabin is like a cupboard of 2 square meters with no windows and it was hard to sleep because of the music from the neighboring nightclub.
Staff is friendly

United StatesNothing. It was perfect
Wonderful people, nice bar on the roof, close to tons of restaurants, and next to the ferry. Yes, the cabins are small, but that's the point. It's perfect for someone that is there to sleep at night and adventure during the day. If you want a luxurious hotel room, stay at a resort.

United StatesNothing. It’s awesome
Location is ideal for transit between arriving at airport and taking the ferry to the islands. It’s across the road. The cabins are exceptionally reasonable and perfect for this purpose. I didn’t travel to Tahiti to sit in a room. Amenities are clean and nice STAFF :- they are EXTREMELY lovely and helpful. They were very quick with email responses and so very helpful. Shout out to Lili. Particularly lovely and helpful.

French PolynesiaRoom was very small, no windows. We heard people above our bed. (Probably next room) No room for your stuff(suitcases) / standing room for two people. We received one room key. You need it to go through 3 keyed doors to go bathrooms. One person would not be able to leave. We missed breakfast because we didn’t know about it.
The espresso coffee machine was great 😊

United KingdomThe room was like a prison cell no windows, very small. Not good value for money no individual bathroom. My card has a payment pending block for over 1 month. Their system should automatically cancel Card Blocks after a few days and the merchant should release the funds back to the Bank. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. As the hotel appears to be about maximizing profit due to its location, very impersonal service. But the rooms are like prison cells, so small and no windows
The roof Terrace was good. Very close access to the Ferry Terminal and a central location

New CaledoniaFirst, I thought the hotel was very close the airport as you can see on Internet. In fact, you have to take a taxi for 15 min to go in town-center. I was just looking for a night before a second flight very early on the morning. Secondly, there is a night club just next door and the night whas boom-boom till 4 even in the room, time to go to the airport... and finaly, the room is not equiped with a bathreoom, this is commun bath room. When you are not expecting it, this is quite disturbing, but very clean, a good way to meet some friends...
the concept is very nice but should be explained on reservation : it is more a very good backpaker than an hotel. But rooms are nicely made, very modern, offering nice led lightenig and charging USB 2 and C on the wall.

United KingdomWe booked this room months in advance $60 1 night - 2 adult and On our late arrival 2am - we been asked to pay double of the rate confirmed with booking.com - insisting that booking.com rate was incorrect and refuse to do a check in if not paying what he was asking $120. Leaving us with no option at the time of the night. The lack of professionalism and understanding exhibited by the staff was astounding. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or providing any alternative solutions, they showed no empathy towards weary travelers desperately seeking a place to rest. End up paying $120 - and still have booking confirmation for $60 As promised, I will be reporting this incident with all the necessary receipts and evidence. I feel it is important to warn others about the unscrupulous practices employed by this establishment. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. Be aware!
Nothing to say about the location and the building. But poor customer service.

United StatesIt could have been an error on my part, but I didn't realize I didn't book a full room. I got a bed in a very small space. Lighting was poor in the entire facility, and the community showers and bathrooms had no ventilation. Showers didn't drain the water, and the water temperature was not changeable. There was no space in the bathroom to hang or put your stuff but a small shelf. coffee in the communal area was good. WiFi was slow when there were too many people on it.
The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Located right across from the ferry terminal for Moorea, it was a nice location.

Australianot enough light in room made it depressing, noisy (other patrons and cleaners that can’t read the do not disturb sign), internet kept dropping out, breakfast was low quality, nothing is air conditioned outside your room so you are confined to the 7m^2 room all day
very clean, lots of bathrooms, air conditioning in every room, very secure/safe, great location, helpful staff, 24/7 checkin (very handy)
