We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe air conditioner in one of the rooms did not work at all, one room was fair and the other room was cooled very nicely.
We used the property as a way station after we got off the ferry from Moorea and had to wait 8 hours for a flight at the airport. Our family of 12 from 2 years to 71 years, carrying all our luggage could easily walk to the property from the ferry terminal. We chose three rooms which only two of the rooms had air conditioning that worked. The pool was very clean and a wonderful area for the children and some of the adults to relax prior to our long flight back to the states. The concierge helped me set up two vans to transport us to the airport which was very helpful.

United StatesThe hotel looks like an inside hotel but the hallways to the rooms are open air making it humid as soon as you step out of your room and it is located on busy streets making it very loud inside your room. Sirens were frequent making it sound like we were in a Jason Bourne movie. The beds are low to the ground and super soft with not much back support. There is only one mirror and it is above the sink in the poorly lit bathroom. I was looking for additional light switches but found none. No way to check your full appearance when getting ready to go out. There is a small balcony but the view you have is to a run down apartment building and traffic. The money exchange they say they have is more expensive than changing elsewhere. The breakfast is mediocre but expensive.
