Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWifi was a bit slow and subject to a periodic reset requiring the connection to be re-established. Accessing the wifi was also a bit buggy, e.g. it took multiple attempts before the portal would acknowledge the connection request.

Place was dusty, sofas were mouldy, cockroaches everywhere, kitchen cupboards had dead cockroaches in them and although the air conditioning was on when we arrived, there were no remote controls. We called and requested for remotes and after almost an hour, of waiting, the maintenance guy said the remotes are in the other apartments which are occupied by tenants and therefore cannot be retrieved. Terrible terrible experience. Apartment was nothing like the photos.

Papua New Guinea1. You have to follow up with their laundry services. 1. During one of my visits, the apartment I stayed in (apartment 12) had a musty smell from the couch and a leaking air conditioning.
Gateway Hotel is situated in an ideal location. It is only minutes from Jackson's airport. If you use Booking.com, you can get a better deal. The staff at the front desk are GREAT! They are always helpful and address you by name if you're a regular visitor.

AustraliaHotel transfer bus failed to pick me up at airport. Rubbish in corridor. Bed not made correctly, only one bed sheet, no doner cover & hair, dirt & cockroach between sheet & doner. Food is over priced. Placed a wake-up call which did not happen, lucky I set my alarm. Room was OK but needed a good vacuum cleaning. Staff were all helpful & friendly. Short walk to bar with airport views was worth it.

France150 USD for a dirty, unkept bathroom with no toiletries and really bad service. I checked in at 6pm and the room wasn’t ready, they had to go and check and I had to wait another 10-15mins. When I arrived at the room I thought right away the room was not worth even half of what they changed me. I requested shampoo and more towels but the housekeeping service was completely useless, it was the lady from room service who had to go to the other side of the hotel to fetch extra towels for me. Really terrible service, go somewhere else.
The only good thing about this place is its location and the airport shuttle service, everything else was apalling.

The maintenance man did not fix the issue. The adjustable lighting knob did not work. There was no room service menu available. Not enough towels were provided.
