Well i couldnt flaw a thing so it was worth the stay.

I liked the set up and the privacy of the balcony.

The water pressure was very low from day 1 and did not use shower much as water just dribbling down, not a good steaming shower; despite reporting on day 2 no improvement was noted.

Enjoyed the comfortable ride from the airport. The room was awesome I feel worth the money and am glad I chose Hideaway that afternoon thus appreciated the ladies at reception who checked me in on 20/06/2022, very welcoming, complimentary breakfast attached with my booking thus enjoyed the great breakfast provided till checkout on 24/06/2022. I have stayed a couple of times at Hideaway before the COVID-19 pandemic but this stay was the best, very impressed with the new-look reception and room I stayed in

Most of the staff were absolutely wonderful except for a couple of merits who made it clear they resented my relationship with a png man by yelling outside my room one morning saying nasty things about me and they could show me what real women were....... Such is jealousy. However the rest of these staff made up for it by exceptionally great customer service.

The shower door was broken, very outdated and uncomfortable bed without flat sheet and it was too hot for just a doona only. Lights weren't working.

The convenience and the friendly staff. Grounds were clean and it has nice tropical feel about the place.

No hot water to wash. No milk for tea and coffee. Aircon wasn't cooling properly. Change the aircon units, very old.

Water was at low pressure and their wasn't any hot water system. Thier were molds on the side of the shower room.A very thin blanket to cover in bed. The tea spoon provided was plastic which can be toxic if used to mix the ingredients for a hot cup of coffee. The Television also wasn't working we tried switching on and off but the television couldn't read the universal remote.

The air-conditioning was nice . With the Fan.

This pool must be cleanest in all png. It's never open 4 the guests, it's always closed 4 cleaning, wat a joke.. 4 the price, you should offer a complimentary breakfast. But as u know png is such A tight arse country

This was my third night here in a week, this time much better room than last time, and cleaner. I paid each time to get breakfast, but this time was told that I could get a chit from reception that entitled me to a cooked breakfast. The previous two nights no one told me this and I just had a piece of toast and jam (no other condiments provided, or butter).

No tea or milk in from and only one coffee satchel. Furniture upholstery ripped and torn, bathroom mouldy. Had to ask for butter and milk at breakfast, no cereal.

I didn't get a my requested early wake-up call. The shop was almost always closed.

With Port Moresby being very spread out, it's a choice to decide where to stay. Only 5 minutes drive from the airport & taxi rides away from the few tourist sites, this suited me. The restaurant was excellent! Staff were very friendly & receptive. The pool is a nice place to while away a bit of time.

There was no aircon in the lobby making it so stuffy and uncomfortable in the humid Pom weather; there was one thin sheet on the bed in the room hence it was very cold sleeping with the aircon on at night; the outside appearance of the hotel is very dull like a prison camp giving a spooky eerie feeling; the couches in the room were a bit old and dreadful to look at; the security guards were roaming around the yard, room and halls making it so annoying for introverts like me who desire peace and minimal to nil human contact; the location is a bit questionable too, just feel unsafe walking out the hotel; and finally I encountered unwanted visitors in the evening which speaks to the habitants of the room I was in - spooky, but I serve a much more powerful God.

The quick booking and check-in process and staff were friendly.
