let me start off by saying that this is my first hostel experience outside of metro manila. to be honest, i think i'm just not a hostel person when it comes to travelling so i might sound a bit biased and nitpicky with my points below. anyways, there were truly so many of you in the room - like maybe 10+ beds for both men and women inside (which I do not like). you can't properly turn on the lights in the toilets during daytime. it just won't light up. the toilets have somewhat of a stinky smell. both the toilets and showers are also very cramped, so goodluck to taller folks out there. i'm already 4'8" and still struggling. the shower heater's quite faulty as it would often overheat and you have to wait for the ice cold water to warm up every 5 minutes. since it's already summertime, the air conditioning also wasn't cold enough during the day.

i think it's nice that they had a huge signage so you won't ever miss it. Jeepneys and taxis also pass by the road so it's easy to commute. it's also near a shortcut that leads you to the nearby mall. the room where the pods are have decent internet connection. they have trash bins placed everywhere. there was also a water cooler in the middle of room. the blinds are also working properly and aren't too sheer. the place was safe enough in the sense that they have a biometric lock that opens when you enter the code. i left my bags inside and didn't lose anything.

It is a dungeon. The water heater doesn't work in the 3rd floor. The guys do a good job cleanning but they don't have anybody who know how to advise the tourist about activities and things to do. Not a real hostel vibe.

The bed was comforrable and the kitchen at least had a kettle. But that is all, they don't even offer coffee.

The dorm is a 50+(?!) dorm room The toilet and showers are utterly disgusting The place has had its best years, like 15 years ago.. The staff wasn’t very knowledgable nor helpful

Good looking in pictures- unclean and outdated in person. Bathrooms were so small. Toilets were small, ugly and unsure if it were clean.

It was worth the price. The place was perfect for nomads because they have a good internet connection. The staff were friendly and accomodating. Booking system was super easy and convenient.

i do not have answer on yhis one coz' I love everything as in EVERYTHING.

I already expected that 3bu hostel is a nice place as i watched different vlogs before going here. but what makes my stay even better are the kindness and the love of the staffs, they are very nice and i just felt like I am at my home away from home.

located at the heart of the city..very convenient and great for budget travellers. I left something in the hostel and they offered to send the item to me at my address..10/10..thank you 3BU will definitely comeback :)

I love the location! Public transportation is right outside, and it's also walkable to a lot of the popular spots in the city.

i love my stay at the 3bu. i actually extended my stay.

the staffs esp the receptionists are very accommodating, helpful and is courteous. i really love the ambiance of rooms and the wood floorings. it was full moon during my stay, and bed is near window, i enjoyed the view. also they are effective when assisting to secure my QTP, no hussle travel.
