Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The tv did not have alot of channels to watch. I could not rent a motorbike from the hotel becoz i forgot my license, i then later rented a motorbike from a other resort. The closet was dirty and i we could not put our stuff inside. The place is far from the beaches so you do need a motorbike to travel becoz the tricycles and ebikes are expensive. They do not serve dinner you have to go to panagsama beach where a lot of restaurants are to go and eat. The bathroom was divided by glass and painted with white paint over the glass. The shower head was also not spraying well.
The swimming pool was the best. Gaisano and MacDonalds was very near. The room was good the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great. You can rent a motorbike from the hotel.

Empty tank when hiring the bike, so had to go fill it up. A few ants around the room and not bed (but nothing too bad).
Location was good, quiet and away from the central area, but only a short ride down there. Bike hire for 400 peso per 24hrs (just be prepared to fill the tank as we received it empty). Staff were super friendly and helpful!

Bedroom /bathroom need maintenance. Photos are better than the reality. I also didn't find the bedroom very cleaned. It's a noisy hotel.

Lots of ants in the hotel room and in the dining room… Furniture and doors looks old and fragile.

The room wasnt cold enough for the size,as fairly big room and Aircon unit long way from the bed and small The Room was very dated with old 1970s style Wardrobe and Small table and Chairs. No hangers in wardrobe and No character at all in the room,horrible colour green,no pictures,just saw no effort by the owners. The bathroom was ok but the mirror and sink so short was only suitable for a child. The pool was used for school galas and Swimming lessons while I was there. I had planned to stay 7 nights but checked out after 3. Was dissapointed with the lack of interest in having nicer rooms!
Location was great and 2 mins walk to main Gaisano Mall. Staff were friendly. Nice pool front of hotel. Free tea,coffee and water in lounge near reception. Bed was firm and very comfortable.

It's a bit far from the beach, centrum, tourist activities and bars but with motor-bike it's fine!
A really big pool! Helpfull staff and nice rooms! There also is a shopping center with grocery-store close.

Could use some more and better furniture. Bathroom door was broken and didn’t shut.

Rooms need renovation as a smoke smell was coming from outside in the room. As we noticed, locals are used to burn plastics during the day something that causes discomfort.

Bathrooms a little tired and far away from town so would recommend hiring a motorbike (which the hotel can assist with).

Chicken farm nearby. Chickens were "talking" whole day.
Close to main street but still quiet. AC works fine but loud. Possibility to rent a scooter for good price. Swimming pool. 10 minutes by foot from "city center" but far away from beach. Free coffee/tea/water

Smell from drains. Lights and colour of the walls. Not enough space to hang stuff like towels, toileters etc.
