The receptionists are not very welcoming. Maybe they are having a bad day, but when we arrived, they look like they are not ready to welcome guests.

Bathroon toilet area smelled of Urine...No Frig...or decent safe lock and pool was a little dirty...

The first room we were given had the following: - Very unconformable bed - Not working shower - Smelly bathroom - Dirty towel At 2 am after being unable to sleep we asked for another room with the following problem: - Electric hazard in the shower - Water pump near the room make insanely loud noise for all night and day making it impossible to sleep - Broken furniture Overall very old furniture, unclean environment and smelly, the wall of the bathroom is made of thin glass painted like a wall

The staff was really helpful and understanding about the situation and grant us a refund for the remaining nights as we decided to leave after the first night

The bed was too firm, I'd say "hard" and the only option for pillows were huge and thick. Also, the parking area was just slippery mud.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were pretty good and the room air conditioner was nice and quiet.

The place looks a bit too small and old. The shower area and the toilet is only divided with a shower curtain.

I love the part where I can leave my luggage or pay extra to extend an hour or so.

This hotel doesn't take any kind of credit cards. Cash only. The rooms were smaller. The air conditioner did not work well. Breakfast was not all that good. I you wanted anything extra you had to pay extra Overall was not happy with this hotel. Will not be going back to this hotel.

the pool needs to be cleaned more it is cloudy and has a lot of bugs in it. there is only 2 sunbeds so you either need to claim them early in the morning or sit on the ground- for a hotel and pool of this size more sunbeds are definitely needed.

great room, comfy bed, big pool, hot water (we’ve stayed twice and the first time the water kept going off and was only cold water available but no issues this time), lovely staff, bike rental is easy and cheap, near McDonald’s, chemist, taxi rank and grocery store so very convenient

Everything was perfect! They were very welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. Kudos to Beth and to the team!

I didn't like the fact that a group of Europeans refused to pay the extra breakfast bill after they ate, saying children don't count. The staff let it go to avoid arguments. To all foreigners visiting our beautiful country, you should know that in refusing that $5, while you may pride your self in saving that money, know that a Filipino staff is paying for it with her day's wage. Have some shame and pay your damn bill!

The staff is the best part of our stay. Great service and great smiles. You can easily tell they ware well cared for by the owner so kudos to both! It's a well-managed place! Everything we need is provided!

The place is big and look good in the picture but that is all. - we ordered food in the restaurant and the dish was sooo small that I thought the waitress was joking with me... - location is far from the beach and you will need motorbike for everything - the air-condition is pointing to the beds head... So you will sleep and wake up with sore dry throat - Internet is not good - there are pipes exposed in the bedroom - bedsheets are very low quality -people smoke in the swimming pool. - no bar/ massage or activities around

One thing I like about Adams is the perfect location. The town central is very accessible from here. You can either walk or ride a tricycle the choice is yours. The hotel is super clean with very amicable staff. I have to give Miss Beth (the morning shift receptionist) a shoutout for being so kind attending to our requests. She's also very polite and very apologetic. We were supposed to have lunch at the hotel but the chef wasn't available. Miss Beth explained the situation to us in a very polite manner and recommended a food hub nearby. Thank you, Miss Beth. I would also like to commend the night shift receptionist for being so patient looking out for guests at night. The whole experience was superb we would definitely recommend Adams to our friends.

one of the rooms we booked has a loosened lock. The gap between the door jamb and the lockset is so large you can actually fit your index finger.

the only thing was the last full day we were there the power company shut off the power for the day for the whole city and surrounding areas to fix and run some new lines.

the staff makes this place the best. the are really amazing and went out of the way for us on numerous occasions. they always went above and beyond and wanted us to stay longer. they are really nice the staff was the same people most of the time and they knew how we wanted our food and they knew if wanted room service.

The "restaurant" is so bad. I ordered the cordon Bleu for a restaurant price and received chicken with a supermarket preservable hotdog inside WITH THE PLADTIC WRAPPING. Everything they serve came directly from frozen preserved food and tasted so bad. The "deluxe" room was a prison cell with 1980 TV and nothing else, not a mini fridge, not a kettle, nothing. Wifi is terrible.
