Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaMy room was very small and basic. The room I booked here was Sea View with a private bathroom but the little view I got was only from the front porch. It was a shared bathroom, not private. I complained but wasn't given a better room or any compensation.
The coral reef in front of the resort is great for snorkelling. There are a lot of nice people working at the hotel. It has a good vibe.

CanadaLocated right on the beach by a beautiful snorkeling/diving reef and near Apo Island. Newly- finished dive shop with showers, wash tanks etc. We stayed in a deluxe bungalow, with full bathroom (plenty of hot water), small fridge, large comfortable bed plus twin bed, large closet, coffee making supplies, A/C. Fresh water always available from the kitchen. Large deck with table and seating. Easy walking distance to restaurants, markets, massage. Lounge chairs and shaded seating area by the beach.

SwitzerlandIt's a pity that there is no bar. I think it would do a roaring trade given the location.
It was a very nice stay. The resort doesn't have a restaurant, but they have menus from many of the nearby restaurants who are happy to deliver. The room was super comfortable (I chose one of the rooms with AC). The location is amazing. The staff (Kim and Mae) were great. The dive shop attached to the resort was also excellent.

SingaporeI'm rating this both as a resort and a dive shop since they like to sell their diving assertively. While it's a good resort, their dive operations aren't really the best in this area. They know this that's why they have this ridiculous rule that disallows guests from diving with other shops if you stay here. I frankly think that they're not a serious dive shop but they can still host good dives, and have decent equipment.
One of the staff, Anamae, was very nice and friendly. She was always around when I needed anything and made sure I had a pleasant stay there. Their location is amazing, it's near areas in the beach with good corals, and it's not too far from the main town. The sunbeds by the beach is a nice touch as well. The accommodation is simple but has everything you need.

Open kitchen. Free & unlimited coffee. Location, close to shore & corals area, shower near the shore entrance. Near good restaurants & sari-sari store. With generator. Good wifi.

AustraliaThis place does not qualify as a resort. TV didn't work. Outside noise of other guests, etc No restaurant... DIY or order in. Nearest stores, etc, are 400 m walk away. There was no bar... only a fridge in reception selling beer and nothing else.
Staff were great for both the accommodation and diving. Quiet... most of the time.

Loved my stay here, the staff were probably the nicest I encountered in The Philippines- so kind and helpful and so sweet. My dive instructor Romeo was so patient and helped me feel confident diving again after such a long break. The rooms are basic but clean and I loved having my own hammock on the balcony.
