That the staff were so wonderful and kind that it was hard to say bye to them.

Need some minor but essential improvements. - Some simple taps before entering the property from the beachfront to clean the sands. - USB charger in the room. - No disturb and make my bed notice cards by the door. - TV remote are too complicated. - Spa without any sauna - it’s just a massage centre.

breakfast could have more options like pastries on the buffet Activities guichet is nice but we had to pay cash the activity without possibility for the guy to give us change and neither the restaurant was able to give us change to convert 500/1000 bills into smaller ones. Having the guichet able to convert bills or to pay directly on the room or by card would be a great value for customers.

Our room was right on the beach. From our balcony we could see the nightly entertainment. Spacious. Breakfast was outstanding.

Food quality is below average. I mean a lot of good places to eat in Boracay but our hotel was not one of them.

Perfect staff with great hospitality! Smiling faces were everywhere and they were so helpful. Especially, my good friend Anthony. Special thanks to him. Also cleaning was awesome!

We got the family room with bunk beds. The beds are squeaky finding it disturbing every time the kids go up and down and for safety wise kids accidentally bang their heads on the ceiling it’s because it’s to close the uneven structure overhead. We decided to pull the foams on the floor. Overall I like the room bathroom it’s clean

The food in the restaurant was so so, a bit plain. The rooms are quite plain, not pictures on the walls, bright white lights, was missing the cousiness feeling. The bathroom in our room could use a good clean, especially the walls around the shower, as they were dark and a bit moldy.

The hotel is right on the beach in the more quiet area of the beach, which we enjoyed. The room was spacious and had a nice sea view, which a good size balcony. Breakfast included, nice staff, but at times a bit slow. We had a great stay, loves Boracay and will diffidently be back
