Location st1, wide beachfront, fine light creamy sand, beautiful sitting areas, big pool, spacious bedrooms, nice plants, cr is big u can hang wet clothes w/o cramping the place, balcony in all rooms which gives a good view of the place

Minor improvement could be the bathroom, since it’s all flat and open, the floor becomes wer because there is no shower enclosure. Also the walking parh near the pool becomes wet.

The staff was welcoming. From arrival To departure they exerted effort for us. I live that they allowed check out at 12 pm instead of 11 am upon our request. The rooms were spacious. The bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast was not buffet but the amount of food is more than enough. The beachfront is the best and the beach beds were more than enough. Quick service when it comes to additional water and other assistance.

In all honesty, there isn’t a bad thing I can comment on. Our stay was exceptional.

It was clean, air conditioned throughout and overall enjoyable for our 8 month old baby. This is our second time Ambassador, we stayed here the first time back in May 2023.

The daily evening music entertainment. While (happily) not too loud, the duos were quite depressing... Some chill out music or light jazz (as dircretly played through during the day) much better.

Size of room. Beach. Staff attention. Restaurant above expectation. Beach beds. Possibilty to consume drinks and food on the beach as some sand area is part of the resort's property, contrary to mosts resorts on White Sand Beach.

Facilities had a good update esp the fob key, but the place needs an upgrade.

Overall, my stay was great. The staff was impeccable with their hospitality. Smiles all around. Very accomodating. The location is superb, far from the crowd but close enough to go to d’mall if need be. A very quiet spot.

The breakfast… you have a set menu to choose from, it took ages to get served and you have to keep asking for things like butter, milk etc I would have preferred a buffet breakfast so I can choose what to eat in the morning I think also there should be a hot water urn , a milk urn beside the coffee urn The room , we were not left hand towels or face towels each day so had to call down for them and the complimentary tea/ coffee was not replenished every day .. these are the small things I would expect from a 5 star hotel

The location was perfect the hotel is at the quieter end of beach The layout of hotel was nice and the staff always said hello and smiled It is a very clean hotel There’s a free shuttle to drop you to station 2

Breakfast Everyone saying why not a Buffet Seems to let the place down Also to much signage saying don’t do this do that would be better to have a folder on each room with all the doors and don’t in . All this notices and signs spoil the ambiance

We love everything ❤️❤️ very friendly and courteous staff.Easy access going to shops like the popular d mall. We book for airport transfer and they are amazing treated like a vip 🥰.We booked a junior suite with a beach front and it was 10/10 big rooms with 2 large beds plus a beautiful beach front views from our terrace.We definitely coming back my daughter said Ambassador in paradise will be her 2nd home in boracay 🥰🥰 and also their wifi is the best we have so far it works even in beach front.. thank you Ambassador in Paradise for making our holiday extra special.
