The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. They work very hard. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pools were very nice and the pool table was fun. All the food we had there was good and the location was close to the beach.

United KingdomWe noticed there was a weird smell in the shower area when we first arrived. Couldn't really transfer because they were fully booked. So I had to request for a deodorizing spray instead just to make it bearable. I think the next day it smelled like cat poop so we had to spray the room again. They only accept cash or visa card with 3% surcharge. I paid cash and there was also an additional 12% tax on the booking price. Quite expensive and for a no free breakfast place as well.
Location: It's walking distance to Alona Beach and to the town center Responsive staff: I asked for help regarding port pick up, island hopping tour and island tour recommendation and they were very responsive and helpful. The room was really clean and spacious. The bed was comfy to sleep in. There was a table outside with the view of the pool. A drying rack for the wet swimmies also at the porch area. The whole place looked really nice and relaxing. The pool area was also lovely.

The room was huge, and the beds were comfortable. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay. It isn’t too far from the beach and public transportation is readily available. It is also quiet at night which is great for those who prefer it.

What a pleasure to stay here for 3 nights the room was large with a very comfortable bed and cute veranda off the pool. Staff were eager to help us book a tour and get tricycles. Alona beach is a short walk from the hotel

United KingdomPaid for a triple deluxe room, had to pay extra for the 3rd person to sleep on the sofa bed for ‘bed setup, linen, towels etc’ . I guess this is standard(?). Funnily, the extra bed had no duvet, and the room only had 2 robes, 2 coffee cups, 2 glasses, set up for 2. Communicated this and was told ‘we don’t have enough duvets sorry’. Little bit disappointed that we paid quite a bit more for this? £222 for 2 nights (including a genius discount)

Quiet resort away from the busy roads, amazing pool, beautiful room with relaxing balcony, location is great if you want to be near Panglao beach. Nice restaurant food and enjoyed playing at the pool table.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is very accessible, just a few blocks away from Alona Beach and all the other tourist spots in Panglao. Comfortable and spacious room. Also, we love the cute dogs and cat. :)

PhilippinesNot much could say, other than the airconditioner wasn't really working. But otherwise it was okay! Would recommend to ask about airconditioning when checking in, when someone like me can't sleep or relax without proper aircondition. Also it is bit pricey!
Nice and quite, as it i just 5-10 minutes of walk to Alona Beach. Staffs are kind and accomadating. Spacious and clean room with balcony.

United KingdomOnly thing, which is a pet hate of mine, is upon check in being presented with a list of all the potential extra charges for breakages, spillages etc. really not the best first impression and doesn't scream welcome, have a nice stay.
Possibly one of the best little hotels I ever stayed in in terms of value/amenities/comfort for the price. Spotlessly clean everywhere, superbly maintained, great comfort and facilities. Perfect location too with just a few mins walk to main road/beach but super quiet at night. Highly recommend!
