One way shuttle for free is nice. Location set back from busy street is a good thing. Almost impossible to cross street to mall but its not the hotel's fault. They need to up their breakfast, it used to be a buffet, now its pretty basic.

The shower had neither screen nor curtain, the whole bathroom got wet. During the night small cockroaches appeared. It was the birthday of my fried, I left a beautifully decorated cake in the restaurant for them to bring her a surprise during breakfast. They cut the cake before bringing it to the table and ruined the surprise!! 🍰🤦🏻‍♂️

They DID NOT have an in house spa, which was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. On the last day of our trips, my husband and I always stay in a nice hotel (because we backpack the whole time and stay in hostels) and get a massage to end our vacation. The hotel said online that they have an in-house spa and provided pictures of this. But, it did not exist. Instead, the hotel called 2 lovely ladies to our room. They were kind and the massage was good, but not what we were expecting. They arrived in regular clothes and gave us massages on our bed and used the towels we used to shower with. They accepted exact cash only, which we were hoping to spend on last minute souvenirs. Also, the room seemed a little rundown. Although clean, the walls had water stains, some of the lights didn’t work in an already dim room, and the bathroom was out-of-date (poor shower head, no partition, no bidet).

Location is great! Very close to the airport that they also provide a free ride to. Super market is across the street and good food is down the road. The room was spacious and clean. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The air-conditioning is not so strong but they provided an extra electric fan. Appreciate if there's additional lighting on the table side for working purpose.

The location is great just besides the Gaisano Mall and near to shopping centers.

The floor was filthy. I got a shower and my feet got dirty by walking from bathroom to my bed. Bathroom needs regrouting and bit of painting.

Good location for airport. We stayed there night before flying to boracay. Room very big, satellite TV, hair dryer etc. Staff are nice and friendly.

Meals were not always appetising, often too greasy. A wider range of meal options would be advisable, including more fresh fruit and vegetables.

‘Boutique’ is probably a misuse of the word, and not applicable, but it is a pleasant hotel close to the airport and local shops and transport. Staff are welcoming and helpful and the rooms are large and comfortable. Meals are available in the restaurant and the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport.

Loud and unprofessional housekeeping staff. They became our alarm clock during our stay in the mornings as they tend to flock in an empty room or shout in the hallways and talk non-stop. Sounds like a marketplace or an auction place to us, really bothered us a lot.

Great location and value for money. Terminal, mall and shops are just in the vicinity. Security, dining and lobby personnel are all very polite and helpful.

No cable to watch television, no hand towels and WiFi is very slow, and wet room is a no no to me, don't like wet feet to go to the toilet.

The hotel was good , the size was reasonable, but it needs a bit of updating, and I'm not fun with a wet room, I don't like to walk on wet floor to go to toilet, and need to hand towel, there's no hand towel available and television wasn't working so me and brother was a bit bored, but the staff was very friendly and the shuttle driver was very polite and friendly too.

Seems like breakfast buffet is gone, the shakes were not available when we wanted room service, not sure why the food service has gone downhill.

Good sized comfortable clean rooms. Always stay here for going to or coming from flights to airport, free shuttle one way. Hot water shower.
