Restaurant food, many items not available, and the one available not well made.. Surely need to be improved and change menu. Don't take the paella 😅

I stayed here because i had a conference at a different hotel, when i tried their breakfast buffet, they got my room number mixed up with someone else and took a while to get me settled even if its their fault and didn’t apologise. I also hated that the premises had a gate and the guard would ask all the damn time before letting me in into the facility since i was riding grab back and forth.

I liked that it was just right and the location wasnt too far

Shower pressure was not great, but other then that he enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Foyer was stunning with a beach as you walk out of the beach and pool. Staff were all so friendly and breakfast was delicious

there was a construction right out our windows....no stop construction noice from 8.00 am to midnight! Also the sea in front the hotel was not that great, but definitely not the hotel fault.

Since we were with family and elderly seniors, it was difficult and limited access to people with disabilities. Adding ramps for access would have been a plus.

We liked the beach front, though we were not able to experience the beach/ water amenities due to time constraints. Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes and nice setting beach front. Staff were very friendly and helpful, prompt to requests.

congee is ur staple food for breakfast. maybe we can think of an alternative breakfast...like champorado , sopas. maple syrup is not always present, theres pancake to serve

The socket next to the work station didn't work in room 623. I tried every possible plug config and none of them would plug into the socket.

The view and size of the room. The bed and pillows were super comfy. They have a movie night on Sat/Sun night and there are little cabanas to lie down and watch.

Many, and when I say many, I asked for 4 items that they did not have which were on the menu. So maybe, keeping up with the menu would be a good thing.

As I'm semi disabled I found the restaurant a little awkward as quite a few stairs to negotiate, the elevator should have gone down to the restaurant/beach area, also there wasn't any coffee shop/ snack bar in the lobby as plenty of room to provide one, just a couple of design faults with the hotel.

That the restaurant downstairs didn’t have much of a variety with dishes when asked for a particular dish it was always sold out. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Housekeeping needs improvement. Upon check in, there was hair on the toilet bowl and in the shower. Also brown stains on pillow. The first day, housekeeping took half the dirty towels and left the rest behind even though they were all on the same spot. The second day, the room was not cleaned at 5pm so we had to call reception for housekeeping. Everyday, there were insects in the bathroom and the room. They look like baby roaches but I can’t be sure. On two days, we also found some larvae wrapped in some sort of husk in the room in the wall between the two beds. The door’s automatic closing slams the door very loudly so you can hear it throughout the night and early morning. I could also hear my neighbour’s phone vibrating at 530am on my two mornings and it went on for 20 minutes. The hotel itself is dated and smells strange in enclosed areas. The roof was also leaking near the lobby.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcoming. Check in was smooth and concierge was great too.

I don't like our Bedsheets, and rooms because I have a dust allergy but glad I only stayed for 1night.. Probably for other people it's tolerable. But for those people who had a Dust Allergy it's so annoying for us. luckily I had Citirizine with me and I can smell straight away if it's clean.they never vacuum the rooms probably they were busy I understand that. for some reason I was itchy and it's not fair to sleep with dirty sheets.. And my Son wanted to sleep in my bed but both our beds are dirty.. to all of the hotels we've been staying I never complain with beds but only at BE.. I'm sorry :-(
