The soundproofing in the bedrooms could use improvement. You can hear the doorbells of the other rooms, and the music from the bar or movie night at the beach can be heard from the room. The beach was subpar. The sand is apparently just dolomite and the beach wasn't too impressive as it was filled with a lot of trash, mossy stones and ropes. They also don't seem to segregate room towels from beach/pool towels, so if you're fussy about what touches your face/body, it might be better to pack your own towel.

We stayed a week. Breakfast was good. The restaurant had a lot of good food options. The rooms were good, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was available daily and they can provide tours in the nearby islands.

Breakfast is not that good. The food is a dry and salty and there aren't a lot choices. Moreover, the beach has a lot of algae and rocky.

They only had 1 restaurant option at the hotel.While breakfast buffet was excellent, the wait time for food to come for dinner was very long. Wait staff was nice, but we waited over 1 hour for our dinner to be served, but it may be because it was a holiday. Also, the floating playground on the water was fun for the kids, but we felt sorry for the lifeguard. We wish they had a shaded booth for the lifeguard to wait under since the lifeguards are standing there all day to help the guests, and there is no natural shade at all to stand or sit at in that area. I hope management will be kind to the lifeguards who were very kind to the guests.

Rooms and amenities available at hotel were great. The billiards tables, gym and floating playground were great amenities at the hotel. Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The New Year's Eve celebration and fireworks were great!

As this is a resort you don't have much choice as of where to go for dinner so we went to the hotel restaurant, you'd think as this is the only restaurant serving a huge hotel it would be well manned, however it was not, the staff at the restaurant were incredibly slow to bring menus and take orders for drinks & food, almost an inconvenience that we had chosen to eat and drink there. The 'sandy' beach is more like gravel. The pool is nice but there's only around 12 sun beds for the entire hotel which were all taken.

The resort is nice, clearly setup for big weddings / events. The breakfast was ok with a rather select range of foods to chose from. The room was big with two queen sized beds. The pool area was nice and the deck bar was a good spot for an evening drink.

The beach could be cleaned from seagrass and major stones, making it more popular to be there instead of the playing ground at the end of the pier. The hotel is a bit away from shopping etc.

Although it's in the small print, I did not appreciate the added costs. I had to pay for my 6 year old breakfast each morning even though it says breakfast included at first sight. I was also placed in a room next to the construction site, which was awfully noisy and not suitable for a family, especially with a 2 year old who still naps. We were charged to upgrade our room so we could move away from the noise, which would have ruined our holiday.

Clean and accommodating space. The staff are very friendly and look after you during your stay. Especially with young children, we appreciate the lifeguards on duty. Having pool, sea inflatables, kayaks and nice shaded areas allowed us to relax and play during our stay.
