The water supply could be better with some professional help in that area. There is to much pressure fluctuations between hot and cold supply lines due to supply at peak usage times. Possibly electric booster pumps and pressure tanks would eliminate the pressure drops. It would also be a plus if they would have a complimentary drinking water cooler at the dinning area to have access to purified water when needed. These are small improvements but would definitely would create many more positive reviews. The staff were excellent but when there are a high number of guests. Two more servers in the dining area would help to keep the guests happy and satisfied.

Great breakfast with excellent complementary fruit plate. Everything is new and was constructed in the last 2 to 5 years. Fantastic pool and beach. Very good hard working staff.

Staff need more training in hospitality service (but they are super nice and friendly). Food is expensive. Unnecessarily large cash deposit. Some amenities missing from room - slippers/gown/phone etc.

Partly no wifi at the room. Couldn't borrow a towel for the beach. Cup of coffee is not included in the breakfast. Only one room card for two guests available. No help with the suitcase, if you are not strong enough to carry it for a long walk with many stairs don't go there.

They didn’t clean our room for the 4 nights we went there. It was probably due to the fact that for our room there was only one card available. However the room was very clean at check-in! Also keep in mind that you can order dinner only between 17:00 and 20:00. Most restaurants on the island also close by 21:00.

They could update some of their furniture as a lot of it is plastic (around the pool and in the restaurant) and very basic in the rooms.

Loved the pool and that the hotel was right on the beach - felt very secluded and away from the noise. The staff were nice and helpful with renting a motorbike as you definitely need to rent one to get around as your about a 20 minute drive from the main town.

They were short staffed. There were no towels or toiletries in some of the rooms when we checked in. They said they run out of dry ones but they gave us beach towels. Basic things like electric kettles are not in the rooms or cups/saucers/coffee/teas. They provided us kettles but we had to ask for them. We had spotty wifi especially the top rooms but it is available in the lobby.

The staff are very friendly and work so hard. The place is very clean, rooms are HUGE, pool is great and the view is gorgeous because all the rooms face the beach. The beach water is so clean and clear and it is so calm that kayaking/paddle boarding is doable even for beginners. The hotel is also close to Tubod Marine Sanctuary if you prefer to swim/snorkel. It is a 10-15 min tricycle ride. The hotel has contacts of the tour drivers and tricycle drivers so you can book your tour bus there. Breakfast is great and for dinner, they only serve Chinese food which was good as well.

Many small problems with the property that should be addressed to make this property the amazing place it could be, including; - They do not provide filtered water to drink, so you have to buy many additional tiny plastic bottles - No umbrellas or shade near pool so it’s impossible to spend more than 5 minutes there during the day - Television in room is useless and only shows Chinese channels - Rooms allow in a lot of small insects - we had many woodlice entering the room at night (around 30-50 a night!) which have no way to sweep these up - No kettle or cups for drinks in rooms - Unfortunately the food is quite expensive and not very good compared to lots of other establishments on the island - Staff are kind and polite but lack proper training and skills for good customer service. They do not come and take orders and can be slow or not paying attention.

There’s nothing to do in the hotel’s area, and you can’t really call it a resort. We took the last ferry so we got there at around 8pm and there was absolutely nothing to eat, anywhere. The restaurant was closed and the staff couldn’t help us with getting somewhere to eat. The room looks nice but has very poor facilities, nothing to sit on in the balcony, no body mirror, no water pressure in the shower, and it’s not being cleaned daily. No free access to drinking water so you have to go and personally ask for bottles at the reception.

The hotel’s outside and the view is really beautiful. The restaurant offers good food. Nice staff.

If you are in for a quite close to nature type of location this is it! Food was very good and presentable but it would have been better if there was another options like burgers, fries something that kids can enjoy. The television was in chinese and kinda confused how to work it and it would have been nice to have a phone or a way to contact the staff from your room, but over all it was a very very nice place. The owner let us stay for a long period of time even though we have to check out early, since our service was picking us up 4 hours after check out. Overall it was a very very good experience!

The peacefulness of the surrounding, and the staff and very accommodating as well as the owners! They were awesome!

Would suggest a few umbrella’s near the pool and maybe the property can have a look at the ambiance / vibes of the place. Their wifi is a bit slow and there is no phone signal with smart.

Can't bring outside food but few choices in the restaurant menu that we would like and prices are fair. Location is nice and quite but far from restaurants and essentials. Would also be good to add kettle and coffee in the complimentary considering the price. Overall great stay and staff were nice.

Wifi in the rooms were very poor and unusable. The weather was rainy, but the lobby always had strong Wifi. Also, only 1 of the 3 rooms had hot water in the shower (C3). The water pressure in the C2 bathroom was also weaker.

The property was very clean and upgraded. The pool was great! Views were beautiful. The staff were so kind and helpful. The food from the restaurant was also delicious (mainly Chinese cuisine). Thank you! We enjoyed our stay.

The staff tried to be pleasant but sometimes the receptions was empty if you need something you need to wait a long time to be attended. They are new businessmen and they are distrustful and rude comments. The hotel is a little bit far from the main restaurant and cool environment, you need a motorbike.

Infinitive pool and quite enviroment, breakfast was good and plenty food, views to the beach of the room, huge room with nice bathroom, the hotel has a beach, kayak and paddle-surf free. The hotel has just started (few months) and we miss somethings but not important because the essential was pretty cool.

The only thing that we did not like is the downtime during brown outs which happened everyday. We hope that they could fix the generator soon.

The place is in a very nice location. Very quiet and private which is suitable for families and couples. The food prepared by the owners is very good everyone loved it. Another thing we like is the hospitality of the owner. Very down to earth
