New ZealandThere were intermittent brown outs during our stay and their generation set could only sustain lights and fan. At one point, not even the fans in the room then neither the fan and the lights. These meant it felt too hot and too dark therefore uncomfortable to rest in the room which my mom experienced when she opted to stay behind. A more powerful gen set would be nice for the business. The rooms and place in general are realatively clean; nothing abhorrent but can be improved like the bathroom ceilings and corners & nooks not usually cleaned by regular housekeeping when guests leave. Improve on the clothesline in the second floor.
Location - very good. Very accessible to everyday convenience with a pharmacy even and a private clinic just beside or adjacent to the facility. It only takes a tricycle to go to either direction to the town proper or the opposite direction. Yet the Inn was a quiet place to stay in. Staff - sincerely helpful and you can see how hard they work. Our hearts go to them. Kudos to the staff who turn up daily for a decent job. Emilene was of great assistance. She's a gem to the Brenmariel team! Be sure to take good care of her. Gerry was very patient with me especially when he had to search and search and search for my missing Oakley shades. I was touched at how he genuinely took care of the matter even if it meant eventually not finding it in the strong waves and unclear waters. The other Inn staff like Ken and the younger lady who did housekeeping were attentive to our requests and they followed through. Also, respectful. At the start, when I couldn't contact their posted phone number I got an email and from then on the communication with Joy was established. Joy was very accommodating and assisted us with our transfer vehicle to and from. Facilities - We were very happy and satisfied with the beds and pillows. So comfortable. We all had good sleep each time for the duration of our stay. There was a working fan and a working AC that were not noisy at all. However, there are definitely things to improve. The AC just needed about 30 minutes to fully cool up the room and the fan in the 6-bedder room does not oscilate. Perhaps needs a replacement. The shower cord as well was too short; inappropriately short. How did they expect it to be used?! Perhaps the rooms have to be inspected and see what they can replace. The nice thing is that everything was working - the toilet flush, the water taps, the showers, the light switches & plugs, the outlets. None of these was neglected by management which is a big thing. Shows you they do care about their guests.

Hosts are very kind and hospitable. They can help you with whatever you need and do genuinely seem to want too. Basic room but it had everything you needed, working aircon and good wifi.

We stayed 2 nights:) Location in Corong-corong is perfect to go to the beach my walk. Simple clean room with the essentiel! There was no hot shower because of power issues but le cold shower was ok. The staff was sweet enough to gave us rice when we were feeling sick.

PhilippinesCan’t really expect much from a budget-friendly inn. It’s decent enough for sleeping. I’m just happy we didn’t experience any of the bad reviews! There’s no hot water but it’s perfect for the hot weather in the Philippines. The room and toilet were clean. Aircon and fan functioning properly. Wifi was okay-it would disconnect a couple of times and a bit weak. But what makes Brenmariel great is the very friendly and accommodating staff! They helped us arrange transport from Lio Airport to the Inn and returning. They would give tips to avoid greedy people taking advantage of tourists. For all guests’ maximum comfort, do NOT dispose tissues on the toilet so it would not clog. Overall, it’s okay if you want to save money!

United KingdomAs two backpackers, this place was perfect, 5 minutes away from El Nido by tuk tuk and 5 minutes to Vanilla and Las cabanas beach by tuk tuk. The hotel had a lovely shared balcony, but we didn't see anyone else on it while we were here. It's opposite a pharmacy, and restaurants, 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and brunch restaurants. 15-minute walk to Corong Corong beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and a fan. The shower is decent, and it gets the job done. It is cold, but that is what you pay for. Staff are super kind and friendly! They have scooter rental at a cheap daily rate and breakfast (not included but good). We will be staying her next time we visit El Nido!

RussiaThe place is awful and disgusting. It ruined our holidays. My friends and i spent 5 days in this hotel. We booked 2 rooms. All issues are identical for both rooms. No hot water. You can't flash your lavatory because water doesn't go down it just fills up the bowl so you have to watch your faeces all day long. The rooms weren't cleaned properly when we arrived. The stuff of the hotel offered us to clean (if we want hahaha) our rooms on the 3rd day of our staying there. We just asked for fresh towels and never got them. We ordered breakfast once and it was served 1 hour earlier than we asked and was cold! The worst hotel I've ever experienced.

The room is nice, quiet except the roosters in the neighborhood, which is normal in provinces, and we had a balcony where you can take your coffee to watch the sunset. We stayed for 6 days and we didn't have any problem. Ate was very helpful. They offered laundry services 70php per kilo, van transfer, tours, and motorbike rentals. Quiet a hike to our room because we are on the 3rd floor using only stairs. This is a reminder that I really need to exercise. They have a common kitchen where you can use it for a fee. And they have free purified water on the shared area with hot water for ☕️.
