The faucet of my cr was not functioning, the aircon is noisy, you can hear everyone good thing i brought my noise cancelling headphones. No hot shower, only towel is provided and is very small, you bring own soap shampoo tissue.

The whole place does not look or feel like a hotel. It's more like a military camp. It certainly does not create any holiday feeling. During check in I needed to sign all sorts of rules and possible fines. The rooms have no outside window and therefore are without any natural light.

I like the neighborhood.Its a down to earth area with lots of character in the middle of Makati.

It's really basic, nothing but wifi is include, no tv, no hot water for the shower, no toilet papers, the mattress isn't confortable, only 2 very small towels, it could be bigger. They should manage like an air bnb or a hotel, we are just passing by not renting on long term. Sorry but i dont recommend.

The property is looking lime jail with huge huge gates and covering ecerything with fences and while login they r asking unnecessary signatures on some documents which is really very wierd and i never felt that kind of actions while login thats too unsusal i felt unsafe till i left from the property due to there suspicious documentation's while login itself.... Wifi its not all working properly i bought new simmcard so am ok with that. As lot of travellers told in reveiews the sun is staright in ur face by 5.30am itself which need to sunfolded and zero toileteries provided. Hot water unavailability big minus

Internet went out fir 24+ hours. The guy who doesn't speak much English just said, "Wait, wait." I tjink tjey reset the passwords and forgot to twll me since I had been there for a while...

Cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a while. For such a budget place, I did NOT expect it to be THIS clean!

they haven’t toiletries kahit tissue man lng good thing we’ve packed some for us for two days stayed...we expecting for electric kettle as typical pinoy na mahilig magkape kso waley good thing my nahingian ako ng hot water for our instant noodles nlang ni let go nlang si coffee at bka mag crave pa ng another cup 😅...although my mga kainan sa labas kso but for us na pagod sa byahe and prefer to have coffee in a while esp. at early morning wla man lng kahit maliit

The room was okey, AC makes a lot of noise, no hot shower, no toilet paper, asked the reception and told me I should take shower with cold water, and I need to buy my toilet paper, asked for hot water they don't provide, I should go outside to bakery to buy... need a dark curtain in the room, morning you can see the sun, and make sure you bring ear block if you want to sleep and eye cover ^^ otherwise AC noise is bad.
