The accommodation cost did not translate to the quality. I wish the bar next to the pool was operational and availability of finger foods - would be a perfect pool day. Also wished they had better quality non-Filipino food. Ordered a medium rare steak and got served with a 'well done' and really thin cut of meat. The fries were soft and floppy while my 'nachos overload' were not loaded at all. I will be happy to show them how it should be 😆. There's also that diminishing availability of food offering. If they want to lift the client experience, they need to employ a better stock planning and logistics to ensure that 90% of their menu is available 90% of the time. The price of the food did not match the quality.

Accommodation is fairly clean and comfortable. The ambience and scenery was great. The staff are very attentive and accommodating - special shout out to the person who did a quick dash to buy me a pair of tsinelas. The Calamansi drink was a hit.

Please see above Additionally, at the Greeka restaurant, the servers don’t come back to clean the table once you finish eating. They also don’t check back if everything is ok with the food. Most of the time, we need to flag them if we need anything else. The first day, we ordered chicken inasal, we waited for a while and the chicken was real dry and hard to chew. I didn’t say anything since it’s was so uncomfortable to keep flagging the servers. We have a whole chicken and when I asked for chicken oil, the server gave us a teeny weeny amount of it. At dinner, we ordered carbonara and pancit canton. The carbonara was strangely sweet and the pancit was so salty. We were so hungry that we did our best to get something in our stomach and squeezed tons of calamansi to soften the saltiness of the pancit. When we told the server after I asked him to clean our tables, he said “sorry”. We paid for the entire bill. No one came over to see if there’s something they can do.

I like the way the property looked having the Santorini theme. It seems like the property was poorly maintained. The faucet in the bathroom has so much lime build up on it. The shower didn’t have any hot water. The front desk sent someone to check only to find out after an hour that they have to change the heater itself. It was getting late and we needed to shower. I asked the front desk if there’s another room they can transfer us but the hotel is full. They said they have one room available but it’s small and with only one bed. I suggested if we can use it just to shower and then we can go back to our room. There was no other solution so they let us use the other room. The double doors to the balcony were not locking properly so they also had to fix it. We asked to schedule a massage session that was done in our room on our bed. We laid the opposite way. Our feet were facing the headboard. The therapist removed all the pillows and they stepped where our heads were supposed to be. So after the session, I got grossed out from the fact that there feet were stepping on where the pillows are. I asked the front desk to send us some sheets so I can cover the part where they stepped on.

The food selection was terrible. Very few items on the menu were available and there are no restaurants near by. Only instant coffee. Not what you would expect of a resort in this price range.

The staff was awesome! The property was a beautiful Santorini themed resort with snorkeling available on location.

Very limited food options in the restaurant. Bar closes at 9pm but by 8pm on a Saturday all they got are beers and they don't serve cocktails anymore. Snacks in the vendo machine also ran out. They should stock up supplies especially if they have a lot of guests.

The property is good and really gives Greece vibes.

There was a sewage smell in one of the rooms. The day spa and art gallery were closed.

View from the room was amazing. Restaurant had a good variety of meals. Comfortable lounge areas. Beds were large and super comfortable. Great wifi. Movie night and popcorn was fun. Pool was clean. Enjoyed the snorkelling and kayaking activities. Staff were helpful.

There was a smell in one of the rooms my parents stayed in, it was room 107. Breakfast didn’t come with the price of the room and I feel the rooms are a bit pricey just for the room itself. We were not allowed to bring food/drinks inside the KTV room.

The TV was difficult to use, there's no streaming service like Netflix. The food at the restaurant was too expensive and the servings were small.

The place looks really nice in pictures and has a nice pool. The room we booked was large and clean. There are free activities like karaoke and snorkeling. The staff are very accomodating.
