Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomNot really a negative, but worth noting that it can be difficult to get on to the island in bad weather, but don't let it put you off...my 88 year old mother managed!
Everything! The food was excellent and the villa extremely comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The place is paradise and really peaceful.

Literally everything ❤️. The place is unique, located in an incredible island, 20 min boat ride from El Nido Port. First, the way from the airport from the hotel was great, super easy and comfortable. Then, we really loved the food they served in the restaurant (different options and all were great). Then, if you are looking for island hoping or scuba diving , you can already book the tours directly in the hotel. Finally, staff was the best. Always trying to help, assist you or making a recommendation. Special thanks to Pirlyn that was always there to help us with our tours and also to Remar, our tour guide for island hoping looking up for new places regardless of the weather. Once in a lifetime experience for us

United StatesYou have to take a boat to get to the resort. Also, expect very rough seas when the weather is terrible. There are No light switches in villas except in the bathroom and shower area, and bedroom lights are only remote-controlled. Food is pricey.
The location is paradise.

The most beautiful resort we’ve ever been to! Every corner of it is magical, the villas are stunning, the staff is wonderful, and the food and drinks at the hotel are delicious! And the spa—wow! An incredible experience! It’s important to know that the prices are high since this is a luxury resort, but it’s truly worth the investment. (The resort is on a private island, about 15 minutes from El Nido.)

United StatesI didn’t like the fact that I had to hike up and down so many steps to go anywhere. I’m a senior so it took me forever to go anywhere. Granted I booked a hilltop villa, I thought there would be be golf cart to and fro. The bath tub was a little dangerous for my liking. The steps were slippery when wet. But the staff quickly resolved it by adding bath mats on the steps. The staff were quite efficient and resourceful.
Property is very well kept, clean, and the facilities are quite sufficient.

AustraliaThe only thing that our mother didn’t enjoy was going up and down over 40 steps several times a day…who was 70 years of age.
Everything. The team at CIRS made out time at the resort very relaxing.

Czech RepublicMore fruit selection at breakfast would be nice... this is the only thing I can think of:)
This resort is top. The island is so beautiful with great beach with turtles appearing daily (January 2025). The staff, well, they are all so lovely, everybody but who stuck in our minds was Vincent from the reception and then Jolany and Arman from the restaurant, they made our stay unforgetable.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. Greeted us cheerfully. Meals were freshly prepared with lots of variety. Spa therapists were one of the best if not the best for our massages. The view was astonishing and environment felt so tranquil. The check in process was well organized and went smoothly. We arrived late and the resort helped us book another hotel in El Nido.

United StatesThe staff was amazing! From pick up to drop off, the staff was kind and helped us with our every need. Our two bedroom villa was clean and very comfortable. We loved the beach for all the sea life - baby sharks, turtles, fish, urchins - great to explore. We also went on an amazing island hopping tour.

SpainWe missed some ambience when it gets dark, some music in the bar or anything
The staff was really great and we much appreciate all the small details that all together make a difference. We stayed in the beach front villa and i think it was the best option, it was amazing. I have never seen such a beautiful spa. The restaurant and the bar were very good as well, with a lot of variety and high quality.

United StatesThe gym is sufficient but it could use some TLC.
We happened to be on the same flight as the Front manager Mak, so even before getting to the resort we felt the warmth that the resort and its staff exudes. Every staff member was warm, welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make their guests happy. Food was excellent, the buffet breakfasts had great variety. The villa was comfortable. We liked that there was a hose at the front of the beach villa to wash our feet before entering the villa. Their tour guides are knowledgable and catered to our interests.

MaltaIt was our first stay of our 2 week holiday in the Philippines in mid-November and it exceeded our expectations. The views were so beautiful, the resort is tranquil, and the location was on an island. I'd say it is perfect for a 2-3 night stay, as it is the only resort on the island. You will have enough time to use all facilities, snorkel, and head to the spa - we had the best massages here! Our room was very spacious and had a convenient layout. It was equipped with an outdoor shower also. Make sure to ask about the sunrise hike. A guide takes you up one of the mountains an hour before sunrise, and you will have the opportunity to sit at one of the highest points and wait for the sun to rise—magical and breathtaking! Food was good, they have a decent variety of international food to suit many. Cocktails are also good. A bit on the high side, but worth the whole experience. Highly recommended.

AustraliaWe tried to go the premium all inclusive package. But when we got there we discovered any beverages over the entry package were not included so it was far from premium. We ended up going standard and just being able to order what we wanted to. We ended up paying the same and had exactly what we wanted.
Fantastic location, very relaxing, well designed.

United KingdomWhile its no-ones fault there was a Typhoon it became dangerous to leave by boat and we saw injuries to staff and guests put in unsafe situations and some having to swim in rough seas to be able to leave. Information about any uncertainty is poor as the culture is to please so no bad news is given making it almost impossible to get a true answer to many questions. Transport to the airport is provided but if your flight is delayed and have hours or sometimes a day or two to wait you are left to your own devices.
Its a great location with access by boat and a raft so not really for the unfit or elderly. Our Villa was in a great location by a lagoon. Breakfast was good as was the restaurant although expensive for what it was. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive. Our island hop excursions was great as was the Spa. Plenty of Snorkelling and canoeing.
