- no elevator its ok- it only has 4 floors ; people with mobility issues or those on wheelchairs need to reconsider booking - no bidet. - we got a handful of sweets that was pestered by black small ants. Could be better if there is a small fridge. Overall our overnight stay is great!

The property was perfect, it’s near two malls. Location wise it’s convinient. Front desk was so prompt with customer service. Rooms are spacious and nice, AC was not that great at 317 it did not cool. Wifi wasn’t that great either you couldnt even use the TV because of the slow connection.

The towels provided don't smell really nice. There was no lift/elevator going to the top floors. No telephone to communicate with reception. In case of emergencies, there is no faster way of communication with reception.

I like the place as it was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the airconditioning unit was very cool.

Breakfast should be included though there is unlimited coffee. Though location is situated near 7-eleven, malls but breakfast should be offered since we have early flight.

Wifi is on and off. Should add more wifi to cater all guests.

Its right in the middle of the town. Everything is walking distance. Rooms are clean and shower’s nice.

There's not much to dislike - No elevator but porter brought bag up for us If I'm being picky the shower could have been warmer

I hope they provide complimentary slippers and toiletries. :) but it’s just a very minor thing compared to the worthwhile experience there.

The property sits at the center of almost everything hence all essential places are just walking distance and very accessible.

The reviews online are very high which could have raised my expectations. This hotel is ok, but I stayed at better hotels for the same price point. Lobby is warm during the day - aircon cannot keep the area cool. No lift and no hair dryer in the room. Toilet has some blackish (mold?) stains. Aircon in my room was just window type and not as cold as split type aircons. Upon checkout, my bedsheet had greenish stains (not sure where that came from since I don't use anything green), so best to check all the linen and towels before use for any stain. Hotel charged extra P350 for the stain saying it needs deep cleaning. They only gave 1 card key regardless of the number of people checked in the room, and required a P500 deposit for each additional key. My friend's room had a faulty lock upon arrival but the maintenance fixed it. Upon check out, this hotel offers a 20% discount if you show the front desk your review.

Decent room size. Civil staff. There is a water dispenser with cold and hot water. Good location - nearby to Aida's, Gina's, SM and Ayala Mall. There is a laundry shop nearby and front desk can accept laundry / pasalubong delivery.
