The staff, reception, and security is all awesome. Location is perfect!! The offered free upgrade was great even though I insisted on paying for it. An absolute pleasure staying there. It was my 7th time in your hotel and it always is amazing.

The room was perfect as it had everything we needed. It had a kitchen, the bathroom was clean and fancy. The beds were excellent.

This hotel is ideally located, with many embassies and consulates within walking distance - a big bonus, when you try to beat the traffic and be on time. The personnel is super friendly, welcoming and pro-active - from reception to restaurant and room care. I loved the breakfast - good selection and great quality. I will be back, soon

Great location - nearby malls, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks. Staff are friendly and helpful - from doorman to front desk staff. The studio is spacious (we are 2 adults with 1 M-size checked in luggage and 2 cabin luggage), it also comes with a small kitchenette equipped with pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates/bowls and cutleries. It also has swimming pool, jacuzzi, small gym (eliptical, treadmill, dumbbells) and chargeable, self-service launderette. Highly recommend for business travellers, as well as single, couple and families.

The breakfast was provided by an adjacent cafe which was also open to the public so chaotic and busy most mornings with staff rushed off feet and orders going awry at times. Not a serene or gentle start to the day by any means. The food was reasonable but the buffet was below average and juices overly sweetened.
