Stayed before and loved the space in the room. It’s a bit tired but great for the price. Everything kinda worked although sometimes a bit needy, like no sink plug, lazy shower head, leaky door. Bed a bit too firm for us, but staff helpful and really it was completely fine for a short stay.

WiFi was only available in hallways or front hotel lobby. It made it very difficult to get things done form the comfort of your room.

the balcony was unusable as AC just blasted hot air on you. the toilet took 1/2 hour between flushes, the couch was so old and dirty we would not sit on it, sheets where torn and had had paint on them,

The staff was really nice and assured me the broken toilet flush would get fixed, but it wasn’t fixed within the duration of our stay even though I asked about it multiple times. My friends stayed in a double room on the second floor and encountered at least 6 cockroaches in their room, in the bed and bathroom. In my room on the third floor the toilet flush was broken and there was no warm water to shower.

The staff was very friendly and polite at all times. The location was great. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms.

There was a rat in my room at night, making some noise crawling and coming down from curtain trying to get some snack on the desk. It was the most horrible thing! The water in shower room was really slow. It took me like more than hour to finish showering. The cleanliness need to be improved. The wifi wasn’t really good enough to connect in all areas especially in our room.

Great location. The staffs and front desk are always helpful. We had so many requests due to some of the malfunction in our room and staffs are willing to help anytime. They tried to fix the wifi router in front of our room for a better signal.

Very unclean. Alas we had cockroaches and mice in the room. The mice ate our cookies. Probably they live under the floor which was elevated. Also a big part is outdated. Bed is uncomfortable. All in all a place not to go to.

There are too many steps in the room, which may cause tripping and fall. There was a rat in our room. We had crackers at the table, and then at the middle of the night, I heard a noise when I opened the flashlight from my phone towards the table it was a big rat. Told the staff at the concierge, and she just said because the hotel is very close to the old market and didn't even do anything or even apologize. The water in the shower runs very slow, and the faucet was so wobbly.

It was very close to the dock for our tour, to bar, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Cockroaches and rats. We had in our room 5 cockroaches and 1 rat during a 4 day stay. 1st room we got had a bathtub with scratches so we changed it for another one (the staff was very nice and helpful).

The sliding door wasn't closing properly, which lets in both noise and insects. The interior would definitely need an upgrade and cleaning would need improving as well.

The rooms and facilities are very dated. You can hear the road side. Vehicles starting their engine and ramping it etc. Breakfast restaurant coffee is instant which the room also provides.

Near to port where the island tours are at. We literally can walk over but had a pick us to drive a few meters ahead because it’s a package. Breakfast was nice but there’s no one in the restaurant most of the time.

The bath took too long to fill so we couldn’t use it, the shower pressure was bad and the toilet flush never worked.

The location & airport shuttle was great. View from room was good and lots of space! Super cheap & staff were very helpful with trips & bikes etc.

Water, was stuck in the shower because there's no water, it was 10:30pm, no staff just the guard, guard said water is strong enough but not up to 3rd floor.. I bought drinking water just to finish my bath, huge inconvenience that basic necessities are lacking. Place needs maintenance.
