One of the staff is half Indian. Shes not that approachable compared to others. I guess she needs to know that she needs to approach everyone else with fairness and a good heart.

Such an amazing place with comfortable rooms and the most helpful staff! They really went out of their way to assist us—not only arranging our airport transfers to and from Cebu City but also helping us get back some things we had forgotten. The trips they organized, like whale shark snorkeling in Oslob and canyoneering at Kawasan Falls, were so well-planned and absolutely unforgettable. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and memorable stay!

Breakfast can be improved as for the same price, you can have a nice one in one of the nearby restaurants with fresh juice and good bread The AC was freezing in the room. I had to sleep with a coat.

The common areas could use more outlets or extension cords for those that need to be on their laptops.

Most notable the staff were all helpful in helping me plan and coordinate activities throughout my stay. Comfy hostel marked by: excellent air con in the dorms, free bath towel, 2 pillows, free coffee and water refill. Short walk to the beach to swim with sardines and sea turtles. Would def stay here again. Thank you all!

They keep your passport if you rent their motorbike. Just that

Almost everything. Room quiet big. Its so cold. I wish they left AC remote in the room so we could adjust. The towel provided smell so good. Almost perfect hostel. Solid 8.5. Staff friendly. The toilet are okay, and shower. Common area are so nice

The location was a bit out of the way. The hostel was not very social but the staff definitely tried to make it better in that regard.

The room and shared bathrooms were really clean. The breakfast (which was not free) was really good and affordable. The wifi was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Staying at this hostel was an absolute delight! The location, just a stone's throw away from the sea, provided the most serene backdrop for my stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. One of the highlights was definitely the chill area where I could enjoy a delicious breakfast, unwind, meet fellow travelers, and even enjoy a refreshing drink. It truly felt like a home away from home. Five stars all the way!

Some people noted that the water pressure was weak at times, but I think it just depends when you shower!

Couldn’t recommend Crazy Bears more!! The rooms were cleaned multiple times a day, no bugs, and great aircon. The staff was always so kind and helpful, we booked some excursions through them and Lemuel personally took us out snorkeling! It was the perfect mix of social and relaxing. Overall it was very comfortable and a great, fun place to stay!

Spacious and clean room with good air conditioning. The hostel is in a great location within walking distance to all bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff are extremely friendly and are always around to help. Shower/toilet areas were kept clean and were not crowded. The hostel holds activities in the evenings however music is turned off by 10/11 o’clock so doesn’t disrupt sleep. We booked tours through the hostel and both were great. Wi-Fi was strong.

The personal was really lovely and helpful. The activities in the evening were fun and you could order food from the restaurant on the other side from the hostel. The room was nice and I would definitely go there again. Loved it. :)

Just slight nitpick but the heater in the 2nd shower was not working properly and I think you get a small electric shock if you touch the wrong pipe. 😂

Location was pretty much perfect. Proximity to almost everything (ATM, bars, restos, panagsama beachfront, even a small sari2 store right outside the alley). Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

It's a bit noisy so you hear everything that happens outside, also early in the mornings.. The room is a bit small so there is not much space for all the bags.

Small hostel so easy to meet people! The location is perfect, close to "town" and the staff is friendly and helpfull. You can also book the tours with the hostel.
