The hotel was good for its price. It maybe outdated compared to other hotels but it is very spacious and the rooms were well-maintained and the AC is working really well. Good for family who are travelling together. It may not be new but the room is really good for its price.

The whole place is a bit tired and dated. The first room was nice enough but the shower didn't work. The second room faced the street and was very noisy - trucks, motorbike and horns at 4 AM! Breakfast was poor - very limited choice and low quality.

Check would have been easy, but they insisted on copy of husbands passport becasue he booked it, but he was in UK. This caused delays and a lot of unnecessary hassle. Rooms were spacious enough. Staff were peasant and helpful but not empowered to make decisions, followed process robotically (same as most places in Philippines).

The upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms. The floor was dusty, the bathroom sink wasn't clean, the smell was musty.

The property is older and room decor is a bit outdated. Could definitely use a facelift. The breakfast buffet lacks variety. 50’s bar prices for beer were pretty high compared to other places nearby.

They are very well staffed and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Pool area is quite nice and clean. Also have a unique 50’s bar upstairs, just too bad it’s slightly overpriced and didn’t get many customers.

Both bath tubs does not have a stopper barrel for the drain, we called and ask for it, it wasn't clean as it should be. The toilet clogged twice.

Close to the airport, convenient, cheaper than others for a 3bedroom villa, spacious for family.

The location wasn't the best. Ik all looked a bit old. But the worst thing was the smell outside. Besides that there was loud music outside all night.

The old style makes it a bit scary. The rain shower is not functioning well. Breakfast is okay but if breafast is in the room, coffee is not served but coffee is available if you eat in the restautant. Aircon is also old and notaking the entire room cold. Kitchen sink is has no to minimal water very low water pressure

We stayed twice. There was no TV in the living rooms (only the bedrooms and we couldn't watch anything on them!) of the suites were stayed in. The 3 bedroom suite which had a kitchen had not cultery or plates, cups etc. It was run down. The 2 bedsuite was in better condition but still did not have a TV in the living room (only the bedrooms and we couldn't watch anything on them!) It also lacked cultery or plates, cups etc.

I like that it was relatively close the airport which is the reason why we selected the hotel. It's within walking distance (about 10 minutes) to a shopping centre. The staff were helpful and very nice.

Lots of cockroaches especially in the kitchen. Doors/screen door going out to the terrace from the master bedroom is broken.

The hotel is quiet old as well as there hotel materials. A lot of rusty metals around the room and bathroom. The AC is leaking and the room is a bit warm.

As I have said a buffet style would be more better you have choices and the price of your stay is just the same as the other hotels.

The same food every morning and we have no choice rice and corn beef or egg without even catsup or soy sauce on the side.A buffet style would be okay just like the other hotels.
