Wifi was not great. Not fast and kept dropping. Ac was on but not great at cooling

The shower holder didn't hold the shower head. TV positioning was poor and would give you neck ache.. WiFi kept dropping out and/or buffering.

The location is great with everything you need on your doorstep. The staff were nice and helpful. The Aircon was ok, and the bed was comfortable.

Every day had to connect to wifi including the TV. Room was street side evey night over the road was disco or karaoke very loud until 3.30 am.had to buy earmuffs to sleep

Toiletries did not have proper storage so at first i thought they didnt provide. But it was wrapped together with the tissue paper.

Shower heater was nice haha. Did not have any problem adjusting the water temp.

The food at Kongs restaurant was terrible. They served us raw bleeding chicken adobo. They heated it up in the microwave and returned it over cooked like chewing rubber. I will never eat there again! Terrible experience 0-10 rating for food at Kongs restaurant

I stayed here 3 nights, 2 days internet is so slow its better to use data instead. but Third day suddenlly internet conection got better. I dont whats going on with that.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had multiple options. The WiFi was fast and allowed me to work from the hotel. The laundry services are affordable, quick, and delivered directly to my room.

The TV remote is not working well and the toilet bowl has a stain on it. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay overall.

I liked that the staff were approachable and kind. The room was good overall. The bed and pillows were comfy. The fridge was working fine and there were lots of places to put our things which made it comfortable.

The lock in the bathroom got stuck. It almost took so long until I was able to get out. The staff were so apologetic and comforted me and even did not charge me for the one-day extension that I made.

The comforter os a little small. Tv was showing connected to the Internet but kept on having connection error . It would've been nice if it was working, coz the tv was no use since there was no cable.

The location is great, close to restaurants and shops . Room is clean.

The wifi vouchers were limited so we had to go down to the lobby. Also, there's no AC remote control in the room, it was too cold while we were staying there. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It's our 2nd time here and still the best among the others. The location is perfect! We can do many things around the area. There are many restaurants and malls. Will definitely come back! Thank you!

1. The door luck malfunctioned. I left the door locked as confirmed by CCTV. When I came back in the evening the door was open (ajar) and the door lock was disengaged. 2. The bathroom door was so tight that I have to kick it on the bottom part to get it opened. 3. On my last night, I was transferred to another room because of door lock issues. In the morning the toilet would not flush. I had to get the front desk to find out the “trick” to fix it.

Kongs restaurant is not open until 9:30 am. The only option for early breakfast is JollyBee.

The room is not the best though. One of the bulbs in the bathroom didn't work and we did ask them to change it. The bathroom was not the cleanest, and we have 2 bedside lamps that don't work and said they were only there for props.

I like that the property is close to everything; it sits right on top of Kong's restaurant. It's close to your Jollibee and McDonald's. Even grocery shops. Not to mention that the hotel employees were a very helpful and accommodating.

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel had a security guard every night who was very nice. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to do. Everything we wanted to go to was about a 15 minute walk.
