We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe building itself is dingy. I would not call this a sea view room. Yea, you can see a tiny tiny sliver of water that is the ocean as you overlook a massive industrial area.
The room was great! Clean. Good WiFi. Prompt host. All the things I needed to adjust to travel, run errands, catch up with work, and new time zone for 2-3 days before adventuring.

SwedenThe DITO internet wifi leaves a lot to ask for. Our estimate was that it was no connection at all for about 75% of the time! The AirCon is just a tad underdimensioned for the room size. Its ok, but just ok... No more!

AustraliaI didn't like the regulation in place with regard to using the pool area. Renters or guests are only allowed to use Monday to Friday and only residents for weekends. In a scenario where I checked in very late on a Friday and would like to use the pool on a weekend ,since I'm not a resident, I wouldn't be allowed to use it. And by saying this, there was no one using the pool around 9ish on a Saturday morning. Im quite upset with this.
I like the property in a sense that it has playground for the kids, which was a plus for us travelling with a little one. The room is good, and was able to accommodate us, but one of the cupboards is sort of broken, and we have to remember to open the other side so as not to break.

Have stayed here before, still a very good experience. A few minor issues with electronic door lock, and light fixture, but they were quickly resolved by attentive host.

Philippinesa bit far from the cebu city but a lot of grab and taxi around the area.
I like that the host is very helpful and can easily be contacted if you some problem. and there is now 7eleven at the condo compound.
