Staf was excellent! Hygiëne in the bathroom was not spot on: the rain shower was dirty inside and all aircondition vents were dusty/dirty. Otherwise the room was great!

The only one comment regarding room the issues for toilet. We were 2 pax. and only one soap piece and it was opened, as well as only one water bottle available in the room, although 2 pax. The pool was not fully clean at 9 am (a little bit dirty). I think is quite far for the city centre.

The room is really confort as well as the bed. Really clean and clam for sleep. People really kind and polite and hotel really nice. Lounge area nice also.

The credit card terminal in the hotel restaurant kept failing to record our payment for a meal, even though our bank app shows the card has been charged. So the cashier staff was "on our back" during our stay up until our checkout. Also the TV is not smart TV so there was no way to connect to Netflix etc

High quality service from the staff of Madayaw Cafe for the breakfast buffet. Good gym. Pool was good for laps and there was a dedicated life guard and staff to provide towels. Spacious suite and big sized bed. Food at Benjarong restaurant in the hotel was really good.

They way alcohol is served. But it's very different in my country. So I dealt with it by having my own!

From the time I arrived, the staff, the facilities and my room were very well appointed. Everything was the way a hotel of that magnitude should be. I also ate twice in the Thai restaurant. very good.

For the price we paid, could have had a bathtub in our room. I notice there was a small leak underneath the toilet sink, could've been a small plumbing issue. Also when I was checking in, it took the front desk atleast 15 minutes to sort everything out even though I already cleared the payment ahead. Didn't bother me at that time as I was too excited and they served me a free drink anyways :D

The room was spacious and cozy, wifi had a strong and stable connection, aircon was fresh cold and the bed felt soft and luxurious. Surprisingly there was also a JBL bluetooth speaker which made our first honeymoon even more special knowing that we did it in a 5 star hotel ^^

That I could not check out a day earlier because of flight changes. I tried at least 10 days before and both bookings.com and the hotel shuffles me back and forth as to who could help with no help in the end anyway . Not happy about being g told had to do this 3 days before , I was trying to get it changed 10 days before. We also stayed there an extra 4 days before our original booking . I just gave up and paid for the night we couldn’t stay.

My room was a bit larger than the average hotel rooms in the US. The hotel amenities far exceeded my expectations.

Room is not that clean particularly the linens which feels like it hasn’t beek accupied for long time, the furnitures are a bit dusty, the Bidet especilly I believe was placebin a very wrong area which is suppose to be on the right part not on the left hand side. Complimentary water in the room is not enough.

Too expensive. The room had an odor like an old house. The towels were old and off-white in color. Not a good value for money. I’ve stayed in less expensive hotels and better facilities than this. I guess you’re just paying for the name. They had to collect an incidental fee as well.

The room was spacious, wifi was good. Parking was good too. The staff are friendly.
