Very big rooms, good breakfast, good view especially during sunset, big pool to enjoy

The first night was a bit stressfull because of broken AC, but the personel were very helpful and gave us another room to sleep that night, even if they were fully booked. The next day they were able to fix the AC. The pool was very nice and the ocean view was very beautiful. My family enjoyed our 2 night stay ☺️ Thanks FIG resort.

Fantastic location, the rooms are fine really nothing wrong with them at all, Netflix and YouTube on the TV. The FIG cafe beside the hotel has pretty good food and coffee. The pool is amazing - lots of sunbeds and the pool itself is huge and deep. It truly is a “Sunset View” resort - all I can say is WOW. One of the best sunsets I’ve seen in my life

1. The bathroom window does not have a curtain or covering, which makes it feel a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy. 2. Someone opened our door without our permission, which was quite unsettling. We are unsure whether it was a staff member or another guest. I requested to review the CCTV footage regarding this incident, but the receptionist informed us that the camera's positioned too far away.

A good family resort. Accessible from the port but away from the tourist crowd. I like that there is access to the beach for a quiet swim and a big pool to dip afterward.

The view is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is very big. The little cafe serves very good drinks and the restaurant has nice breakfast. The location is perfect and you can rent a scooter at the hotel which is convenient

Bed cover is just a bed sheet, ants in the bath room (not many). There was a wedding on when we stayed for first two days and the restarting was unavailable which wasn’t fair on the other guests. Little far out from main bits but everything in San Juan is spaced out.

The Room itself looked really clean but the Toilet/Bath had a weird smell, maybe it was the sewage or i dont know. The smell made going to the bathroom uncomfortable.

Only thing we didn't like was breakfast. We went down at 6:55am and sat down. The waitresses never told us that we have to order our breakfast by the counter, we sat there for 10 minutes and nothing was said. I only noticed that you have to order by watching other guests. We had a tour booked for 8am hence why we went for breakfast at 7am, breakfast didn't arrive till more than over an hour later. I had to go to front desk and ask for them to change our time for the tour as breakfast hasn't been served yet. Lucky front desk was lovely as said she would chase it up for us and extended our time for the tour at 8.30am. When breakfast arrived it was cold, rice was cold, eggs were cold everything, as if it had been sitting out for ages. We waited over an hour for breakfast that cold and portions were ridiculous especially meat side of things. We didn't end up having breakfast again as we didn't want our time wasted, we opted to have breakfast in a lovely restaurant 2 mins walk away, that was cheap, quick, good portion and was made fresh and hot.

The resort is nice, very spacious room. The view from the garden is lovely, I'm actually glad we got the garden view room rather pool view. The pool is great. Lovely view for sunset.

Breakfast was good but surely one can have both hot drink and juice. I know we can have both and pay extra but it's generally unlimitted drinks to most places we stayed. The access to the beach can be greatly improved.

Staff was great and very helpful. They are the biggest asset to this resort. Greatly recommend breakfast at the cafe, menu is same as in the main restaurant but seems to come to the table fresher and hotter.

Some of the facilities look a bit old maybe due to poor maintenance. Something that still can be improved as this place has a great potential. Also, staff in the restaurant are inattentive and doesn’t seem to care. I already noticed upon arrival at our breakfast table that only 5 plates were set up but we were six. Advised it right away. But when the food arrived only 5 were served. We asked the server again that we pre ordered 6 breakfasts. Waited for awhile but no food is coming. Followed up for the third time and surprised that she’s asking what’s missing. They haven’t check it from thw first time I advise. Very sad! We already waited for a long time. Needed to repeat the order again and waited for additional 30 minutes. My sister ended eating in the room as we needed to prepare for our scheduled tour. Staff lacks initiative or presence of mind on what to do on such situations. Have to call their attention about that single matter for about 3-4 times. All other staff from the frontdesk, cafe and life guard are great.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay in FIG. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable. The swimming is exceptional! Clean and big and there’s a life guard. Good view of the sea.

Cats everywhere even in the restaurant which made us eat elsewhere.

Pool was lovely looking straight out to the ocean. Villa was quite nice, comfortable beds. Staff were lovely. Overall a nice place.
