The internet was weak and intermittent during my first stay, but was resolved by the time I checked in for my second booking 3 days later. There was only 1 outlet with 2 sockets by the desk/dining table / work area. The TV was plugged into one socket, then the extension cord with only 3 sockets was already used by the router and HD box. I requested for an extension cord with more sockets so I could plug in my laptop, cellphone and kindle at the same time. Plus the connection seemed loose, which might be what contributed to the intermittent internet connection. The host graciously replaced the extension cord with 5 sockets now, and I am currently using the more stable internet connection to write this review. Thank you!

Place is clean and comfortable, exactly what was shown in the photos. The host is very accommodating and responsive to my queries and requests. I booked a stay here at both ends of my trip, and my requests and comments during my first stay were addressed / resolved by the time I checked in for my second booking. Much appreciated! Good location, with The Coffee Project right across the street, which is open until 10pm. I took an evening flight and got settled in around 9pm, so although The Coffee Project's kitchen was already closed (apparently until 8:30pm only), I was still able to get some breads and pastries as a late dinner and something for breakfast the next day.

Wifi and cable service by the local provider is intermittent.

The condo is right next to the Limketkai Center which houses everything that you need. Security of the place and the community in general is great. The condo itself is functional, clean, and well maintained.

The room was neat and comfortable. It was worth the money. The view from our room was fantastic. We were also delighted to hear the faint sound of the adhan(Muslim's call of prayer) from our floor, though it was faint, but we were glad we were able to hear it.

One little failing, WIFI will not connect to the internet. If internet required ensure you have data plan on your phone or lab top.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to many major shopping areas. Bright clean new building, excellent security personnel. Very well equipped apartment.

Just across the street from Limketkai, also walking distance from the other malls. For someone who wants to stay at the heart of the city, this place is perfect. The room is clean and I loved the amenities. Hot shower, you can cook and store your food in the fridge. I'm also happy they have brooms and a mop, since we stayed there for a couple of days it's important for me that the floor is always clean. Kuya guard was also very nice and friendly, and very approachable. Almost forgot, we used Magnum express as our mode of transportation, it was just a few blocks away 😁

I didn't have any problem with the room nor the building in all honesty. Everything is perfect as it should be. I didn't really experience any issues much with the place nor with the owners of the place so it is definetly a recommended stay, something that won't waste your time.

It's my first time here on the site, and it is also my first time booking/renting a place to stay for the night so it was definetly scary at first. Thankfully the host was very acommodating enough to help me process this booking (as I was having difficulty as a first time booker.) Once we arrived at the place, it wasn't difficult to get to the room since the staff at Loop are very helpful and accomodating as well. Once we entered the room, it was clean SPOTLESS! Everything was perfect as there were not much needs for adjustments, I could relax all day without having to worry about anything inside the room. In summary, this rental is definetly worth your money (especially if you are going to stay for a long time), the aiconditioning s cool and adjustable, the room is spotlesss clean, towels and tissues are provided, even soap and shampoo, cooking utensils are also available; streaming services such as netdflix are also allowed to be used. Everything is perfect indeed. 10/10.

The room was stinky. It smelled like “bulad” that we needed to open the windows. It was room 2210 which was located at the 22nd floor. No shampoo, no soap and no fresh tissue paper rolls. Internet was very weak ( I work online). No netflix. No slippers provided which I really hated. The sofa was dirty and dusty. The room was dusty, I was coughing since I am allergic to dust. The rugs were very itchy to the feet. I am not sure if it was changed to fresh ones including the sheets. I booked 3 times already in this condo and most likely I will book another room moving forward, but please do not give me room 2210 again.

Defective gasket on shower hose but blames the customer for its damage. Also there were No hangers in the room upon check in and puts the liability on its customer for its non existence. Terrible operator….
