United KingdomWe were on a ground floor room and because of gap between the curtain and the wall, when you came out the bathroom if someone was on the street they could see you 🤣 but otherwise perfect!
Excellent location - off the strip/main street which was busy and noisy, but only a short walk away when you wanted food, and super close to some lovely waterfront bars and restaurants! Clean and tidy.

The staff are lovely and helpful.. Gave directions, helped book tours, etc. Super close to the turtles & sardine run beach. Good value for a private room.

New ZealandOur shower drain appeared to just be a hole in the ground and being on the ground floor meant not much privacy with people outside so we had to keep our curtains closed and bathroom window shuts
Brilliant location. Facilities exceeded my expectations. The room was reasonably sized, had good AC and a decent bathroom. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach as well as many restaurants and bars and snorkel hire etc. I found the property very comfortable and clean and nicer than in the photos. Great option for anyone spending a few nights in Moalboal! The hotel also has a restaurant and bar located on the beach which had a great breakfast and good atmosphere in the evening for drinks.

The accommodation had a system where you had to take off your shoes at the entrance, so there was no sand inside and it was clean.

Clean room with the essentials, good and safe location and easy access to the beach, especially to the snorkeling and diving areas. Receptionists were helpful throughout the stay.

PhilippinesThey ask you to deposit 1000 pesos. Told the lady in charge that there was no mention of the deposit in app but insisted there is until I checked it again. Price for the motorcycle gas was expensive. 200 pesos for two motorcycles even though we only used them for like 3hrs. Last time I rented motorbike from another resort, it only cost me to refill the tank to full for 120pesos only and I even used that motorbike for 3 days around Moalboal. I dont want to say theyre ripping us off but it kind of feels that way. Location is also not beachfront, it’s near though. But it’s a little long of a walk if you want to go to the main hub of panagsama. For these reasons, we wont be going back there anymore. It’s good to try it once only.
The property was really clean. They ask you to remove your slippers/shoes at the lobby. Comforters, linens, pillows are clean, they smell good. CR was clean also! Aircon works. Wifi also works. Plus, there are sockets near the bed.

United KingdomHotel quite basic - just check in desk and bedrooms really. No clothes rack/drying rack in bedroom. Good air con but no fan. No shoe policy is not for us - more hassle than worth. We sat on the terrace a few times but the paint was melting onto our clothes or skin so would not advise sitting there without a towel you’re prepared to get stained! Safety deposit box battery had died so we had to use the master key. 1000 peso room deposit taken on arrival - would have been nice to have heads up regarding this.
We had a very large room (booked king room), which came with safety deposit box and private bathroom - shower gel, shampoo and soap provided. Hotel very clean Booked our Canyoneering trip with the hotel and this was great - 2000 peso per person
