The rooms are not cleaned during your stay but I think this is common in the Philippines. We extended our stay due to being ill, our room was upgraded but we had to pay the additional cost, would’ve been nice to have received a sweetener discount seeing as the room was free. Never mind!

Location is perfect and the rooms were spacious and clean. The TV has Netflix which is nice when you’re feeling poorly or need some downtime. Bed is comfy and shower is hot. The AirCon units work perfectly. Water filter in the hall for complimentary top ups.

Location is on the other side of main activity of the town. But only a short walk. The problem is when you don’t even know about the other side and think that is all the town :) Facilities outdated, corrosion in the bed support, not door in the shower.

This property was great value for money. The location was minutes walk away from the sardine run and turtle snorkelling spot. It was super clean. It’s just a simple room, but was clean, comfy and the staff were nice. Would stay again.

That when asking for prices for excursions & taxis etc, different staff gave you different prices! That’s the only negative comment I can say about our stay!

Spotless Hotel. Very bright and clean. Rooms very well equipped. 2 minute walk to the beach with the amazing sardines run. Loads of restaurants and places nearby. Very nicely decorated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking and access very very limited. Water in bathroom didn't work on arrival but sorted after raised. Also the wifi wouldn't connect and gave up, so used own data. The TV turned on but no lights on screen. Couldn't see the images. Raised this and corrected by unplugging the TV and turning back on.

The only suggestion would be to have more pillows the one provided was not enough. We couldn't get the TV to work but that didn't bother us.

The room was comfortable and a good size. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They sorted a trike into the town for us. They have free drinking water in the hallway. The location is great easy to the beach and many restaurants.

It's a challenge to lock the door. We had to slam it to make sure it was locked. 😅

I like that it's near the beach and main tourist spots. It's really nice that they ask guest to remove slippers/shoes before entering the rooms, makes the area clean and free from sand residues. 😀

The hotel was always nice and clean. Staff were lovely and so accommodating. Location was so central right beside the water for all activities and about 6 min walk to bars and restaurants. Good air con.

You can’t wear your shoes inside the hotel. They offer you communal flip flops which is a no from me. There was an awful smell coming from the drains.

Very clean room and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location to the beach. They organised canyoneering for us and it was perfect.
