Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Just don't rent a scooter from the manager (they call him "the boss") We had issues with him
We extended our stay 1 more day because of the staff and the comfort. The location is excellent.

On arrival we had to pay deposit 1000php for the room ‚damages’ which we weren’t aware beforehand. Not sure what is too damage in room as cery basic. Also no cleaning service so if you stay longer bit inconvenient.
Location…location…location!!! The room was spacious but very basic and not how it looks like on pictures.

The bed was very small and the shower kept changing from hot to cold. When i asked for an extra pillow i was told 50 peso a day extra. We had organised with a receptionist to be picked up at 7am for Canyoneering but no one turned up because she Didn’t organise person to come. Really disappointing as then had to hire bike and got there late and was busy with was what we were trying to avoid.
The staff were very friendly.-

There is no place to park the bike. All the space around is taken up by bike rentals.
Clean hotel, comfortable room. Very close to the beach for snorkeling.

The only window in the room is a fixed window so no possibility of opening it so the room was poorly ventilated.
The location next to the beach is perfect. The room and building are really clean

Couldn’t take more than two towels, also the staff demands to remove the shoes on entry but the floor was actually dirty. Also there are ants in the room.

A shame not much sandy beaches
Great location close to bars etc but yet still quiet. Lots of activities. I recommend white beach if u r more wanting to lay on sand.

Lot from the reception is the best, such a good, warm-hearted soul! Thank you for always being willing to help and for organizing tours for us. The hotel itself is really nice with a Greek style. Hot water in the shower, comfy bed, good location close to the beach and restaurants. There was nothing we could complain about. :)

Traveling alone and I felt so safe here. Within walking distance of many dive shops and places to eat. Lots of night life. Street vendors. Beds were comfy. Hot showers and air con in rooms.

Our stay was amazing!! the staff was super nice, smiling all the time and there for you for any request. The hotel helped us arrange transfer back and forth to the airport. they have motorbikes to rent and a very good tour agency outside the hotel (look for a guy named king). The location was good 4-6 minutes walking to the center. The shower was good, hot water always. The room was huge and comfortable. The food at the hotels restaurant was amazing!!! especially the pizzas. If I could rate it more than 10 I would definitely do that.

I should have stayed longer
Louchi and Mark are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The place is always spotlessly clean, the location is less than two minutes from the sea and there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
