PhilippinesThe Room size in not as i expected for queen size, Thier is is no telephone to communicate with receptionist or FO team which is normal for hotels everywhere, Wi-Fi is always disconnected from Portal or Login page which is i think thier is an issue in Interface.

PhilippinesThe hotel was not flexible and the customer service was not good at all. I requested for early check as we arrived early. not granted which I fully understand. I asked if we could have a room adjacent to each other because I have a kid and a senior citizen, but the request was not granted. I was informed that the booking was full, only to find that there were vacant rooms available. I asked if we could have an early breakfast or something to eat before our flight. Not granted as well. No other option was provided to us.
The location is nice and very accessible to the airport, shopping, downtown and tourist destinations.

PhilippinesThere are some fixtures in the bathroom that needs some fixing such as the handle on the shower. It came off and it worried me.But I got it back and it worked again. And the bidet on and off button got dislocated and the water was coming out at full blast, but I managed to put it right back and it worked well. The next time I used the bidet, I knew what to do.
The staff were super accommodating.They pay attention to my needs.

PhilippinesThe room is disgusting. The mold build up in the bathroom is just disgusting and should be a health hazard. The sheets are really old. The room smell of old closet and the floor is not properly cleaned, dusty and not swept properly. Also, they serve breakfast at 630am. We asked if we can have it earlier even if it is to be packed to-go and they declined.
