1st the aircon unit suddenly sound really bad like there's a lawnmower moving inside and stopped with strong vibrating sounds and spitting out ice cubes and water. 😂 It woke me up at 8pm and cut my sleep at 4am. I even thought there's a ghost in the room. 😂 I think the unit needs some fixing. The tiles of the toilet and bathe have seen better days too. .They are chipping off. 2nd... this year they charged me an overnight parking fee of 105 pesos which used to be free in my past stays. I asked the staff when did they starr charging overnight parking rates. Sbe did not gve me a clear answer. Just said to me, "di ko po alam pero meron pong parking fee." Such a disappointment. 😔

For this year, only the location. Fyi, not my 1st time here.

There were cockroaches all the time. Towels not available most of the time. No laundry services.

Full of cockroaches, loud neighbors (as if there’s a party on the floor that I stayed which is very disappointing. I can even hear what the other room is talking about)

the hallway and the elevator is untidy. no complimentary drinks. no ref to store the drinking water. no free toothbrush/ toothpaste and soap. the guest from the nearby rooms are noisy.

My family (2 adults and a baby) recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The entire room reeked of a sewer-like smell that persisted even with the bathroom and toilet doors closed. There was no ventilation inside the toilet and bath. The noise from the neighboring rooms was so loud that it was hard to get any rest. Additionally, the AC remote control was broken, making it hard to adjust the temperature. The floors were dirty, and to top it off, the rooms weren't ready upon arrival (we arrived 11pm, check in starts at 2pm). Our experience was so terrible that we only managed to sleep 1 night though we booked for 2. Overall, it felt more like a motel than a hotel. I understand that this is a budget hotel and I didn’t expected much but that was so bad. I would not recommend staying here.

Theres bugs in there, saw roaches crawling on the floor in our room as soon as we entered🪳😱 Had to keep our suitcases closed/locked to make sure that the roaches dont come with us

there was no hot shower in my room, and the AC was noisy.

my room was clean and comfortable. the security guard was courteous and very helpful. but the ladies assigned at the front desk were so pre occupied with phone calls that we have to wait in line to be to be attended to.

The room is not sound proof, noise from the corridor at wee hour are distracting. I think they were cleaning at 4am. Disappointing stay!

Cockroaches in the toilet. I spent my time killing them. I am sure after reading this, you will just ignore this comment and not fumigate your toilets.
