None. I just got a double deck instead of a single bed, which is not bad as well.

The location is not hard to find and you can ride a modern jeepney (mini bus)/jeep in front of SM Iloilo, which is where u can ride a van to the airport. Private room at affordable prices and good for a short stay. Wifi works well

We stayed in Room 2. Not that clean. I mean you get what you paid for if you're just looking for a place to keep your things only. Didn't expect much of course but sana naman make sure na no dirty or dust residue or webs hanging around the decors and walls. It tends to get hot sa upper bed at night bc no window and the electric fan cant reach it much.

Very affordable. Very accessible to commute. Great location near Jaro. If you have car or motor, there is secured parking inside their gate. No curfew. Check in check out no hassle. Wifi good. Walking distance to Iloilo Supermart Jaro.

passing jeepneys can be noisy at night. space are very limited too not just the room but the bathroom and toilet as well. the room sockets are also a bit far from the bed. i wish they have literally by the bedside since most people now are playing with their phones whilst in bed. this is less aesthetic compared to the pallet house in gran plains.

Cheap, literally by the street so convenient for public transport. staff were polite and accommodating. they allowed me to check in early.

It would be better if water heater would be available because the water is too cold especially in the morning.. But electric kettle is available so if you really wanted a hot water you can use it and boil a water as alternative 😅

THE UNBEARABLE NOISE. They should’ve have posted that they are constructing an area in their place. Im on a graveyard shift so I sleep during the day. To my irritation, I started hearing noises past 9am when I have already fallen asleep. Noises from someone hammering, cutting wood, and a loud noise from I dont know what kind of machine. I didnt mind that there was no window, the room has no ventilation and the fan was very dusty, i can still sleep with that. The noise from the street wasn’t that loud, it was bearable but the noises from what they’re fixing from another room was too much. YOU KNOW YOU HAVE GUESTS BUT YOU STILL CHOSE TO CONSTRUCT WITHOUT EVEN THINKING IF YOU WILL CAUSE INCONVENIENCE!

I like the location of this bnb, there is a coffee shop across the street and it only takes a minute to get to the supermarket. Complete bathroom necessities and the sheets are clean. Worth the price! Will book again.

The termites, mosquitoes, dirty room, noisy vehicles, but most of them were the rude owners, making a shit of the Iloilo people's reputation. Owners and caretakers were unprofessional and uneducated evils. Karma will come very soon. I dropped my PHP100 bill by accident, and the caretakers denied seeing it. The owners will not replace your towels, bedsheets, and pillows unless they are 3 days old. Can you imagine their policy? Stupid! Evils.

Nothing. All the experience was traumatic and bad 👎. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This should be closed. This should not be tied up with Booking.com. It's ruining the brand. It's a big shit! The owners and caretakers are rude and unprofessional. Inconsiderate animals, not even human beings.

Bad attitude of owner, rude responses to a customer like me. The owner told me that towels and bed sheets pillows etc will only be replaced after 3 days? I booked for 8 consecutive days. Sarcastic and inappropriate words I received like they are not a hotel to provide new towel and bedding daily. Can you imagine how unhygienic this place would be? Would you like to use towels and bedsheets for 3 days? This place is not clean as well, even the bathroom. I even killed a cockroach. Termites on the bed. I thought Iloilo people were sweet, but these owners are arrogant and rude. They don't realise that customer should be valued because without them, no business for them.

An option for non air-conditioned rooms, but there were lots of bad issues in this place.
