The treatment from Lyn was amazing, and the overall experience was good. Comfortable mattress but rooms a bit small but how it seems in the pictures.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel J Boutique! The hotel is stylish, clean, and well-located, offering a comfortable and relaxing experience. A special shoutout to Joy & Lynn who was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed, from local recommendations to making sure we had everything for a smooth stay. Their kindness and professionalism made our visit even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

6 of our group stayed at J boutique and we were all so happy with our stay. The rooms were so nice and clean, with a bunk bed- the bottom bunk was nearly the size of a small double bed, so me and my partner shared the bottom bunk and used the top for storage! The staff were very attentive and the security guard was always very kind and made us feel safe at the property! The en suite in the room was really nice and the water pressure was great. The filtered water on each floor was a great touch. The location was absolutely perfect and we would not hesitate to stay again!

Building facade is not the same as it is shown on booking. Furniture is old and need to be revamped. Our room was on the ground floor with no windows and can get noisy in the morning being close to the front desk

Our rooms lacked windows and were tiny so can get a bit claustrophobic (don't know about other rooms)

slept there only one night and it was okl. The bed was comfy, the water was hot so I am happy about our stay. We would recommend the hotel for all of the party people as it can get a bit noisy but to be honest I didn't care.

Very friendly the people who work there. We were able to leave the luggage before the check-in and start our day. Super nice they even brought upstairs our stuff when we got into the room later in the day. Everything was super clean and as state on the pictures. There is air conditioning, showers working well. Highly recommended. It’s also very close to the port and the area where is restaurants and leisure.

I saw a centipede in the bathroom but the staff are sent pest control . They took care of the problem and we appreciate the fruit bowl they gave us the next day. It was such a sweet gesture. And they cleaned and changed all the bed sheets. We were so pleased and happy ♥️

I wish you offer breafast and it will be perfect. But I could still say we had a perfect stay because of their amazing staff, they are the best! Very kind, attentive, friendly, warm and reliable. I still remember their names, Lyn,Joy,Connie,Ben and Bellio. You have to keep them, they make everyone's stay a wonderful one and made us choose to come back

Room was quite small but had everything you need. The power cut out about 5 times as we were going to sleep (didn’t happen to us the rest of our time in El Nido in different hotels). Not a big deal but the back up light that came on is so bright it made it hard to try and sleep so we had to wait until it seemed like the power had stabilised. No lift available

Definitely felt on the pricey side compared to other places in the Philippines we stayed, but think that’s the case with El Nido in general!

The staff here were incredibly friendly, more than happy to help when we needed to book onward travel. The location is also perfect, near to the centre but far enough that it’s not super noisy at night

The noise unfortunately carries in the hotel, although we couldn’t hear other guests in their rooms anytime anyone was in the hallway or stairs it was very loud and woke us up at times.

The staff were amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We booked everything through them - scooter rental, boat trips and transfers. They really were excellent and always ready to greet you with a smile. Good location to be just outside the main area of El Nido, so quieter at night, but very easy to walk into the town.

I believe there wasnt anything I didnt like. If there was flaws, all the positives outweigh it.

The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Lynn, Joy and another lady whom I never got the name that texted me that the room was ready were awesome and made you feel like friends/family. When we had arrived to the place they had already brought our bags up to the room. They were very professional and polite and they all greeted you with a great smile. The communication is easy via whatsapp if anything is needed. The staff will organize things for you if needed such as a boat tour and scooter rental at a great price as long as their is availibility. Lynn came up to our room about 2 times to let us know about a bike rental upgrade that became available after it wasn't available at the time of asking. The place is clean and the location is great. The location is one of the highlights. Its right in the middle from lio beach to vanilla beach. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk straight down to the main strip on c. Hama for restaurants, shopping, partying, live music and gambling. Theres a grocery store 1-2 minutes down the road and if you go the opposite way from c.hama theres a ton of shopping boutiques there about a 5 minute walk. It was a very stress free time. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. I plan to come back to this place when I visit again. - Julius N

Great simple hotel. Close enough the busy streets of El Nido but far away enough that there is no noise disturbance. Property is basic but the rooms are really well appointed. Would stay again!

There were some issues with getting clean water in the bathroom due to the water supply in El Nido. However again the lady on reception was quick and efficient to get this sorted and make sure it was working again properly.

The lady on reception was extremely kind and was very helpful during our stay. She helped us to book the tours that we wanted to do and transfers to our next location. And was always very welcoming when we came into the lobby.
