The AC in the room was extremely noisy, like really a lot. We had an issue that one of the bedsheets got stained a bit during our stay and they charged around 15 Euro additionally for it which we believe to be overcharged. We didn't take the breakfast there but took a quick look and it didn't look very good, also not really anything vegetarian there except eggs.

The staff was really sweet and super helpful, they made us feel very welcome.

We had a mouse in the room😭 I went to the reception and spoke to Jen who is condescending! She looked straight in mybeyes to say, mouse problem is rampant in all rooms because of the drainage and she cant do anything about it. No emotion at all considering my daughter is petrified she had to sleep next to me because of this (my dauughter is 14) Also no one is manning the bar in the swimmingpool. It looks shabby!

Pool was disappointing, it was not clean and was small, very different from the photos. Had to give a low score since the pool was our main consideration when we chose this hotel, yet it was disappointing.

Location around is very dirty and rundown. Place is rundown as well, it could be much nicer with a bit of care. Staff is nice. But one only speaks enough English. Breakfast is not good, only warm meal. Pity because it could be all much nicer!

They take from my 2000 deposit 300 peso for little stains on the white towel, when it's actually should be take 100 peso only or even nothing like any excellent hotels 🏨

Everything like 🏧, restaurants, shopwise and other shops and Cafe's are near by it, good internet connection and ok bedroom and bathroom. You can stay for one month starting of 18000 peso and above which is nice and good value.

The girl in the reseption when we arrived. She talk to much, she should be gone.... not a service women.. Told me they had upgraid my room for free... I had got a luxury bed....what a joke.....old room, the shower was out of order. Had to ask the lady if they could fix it... she wonder if I could wait until next day...I say sorry No.... Then a man come and fix it and he told me that it was not the first time this happend.....sad.... The beer in the bar at 6th floor had different prices every day..

The pool was allright. Thats it... The Security boys where good.

No coffee jn the room because they ran out and told me I could go to the store and get my own. Had eggs and bacon breakfast that was on menue for 320 and charged me well over 400 when checking out at 5 am so couldn't get it rectified

Breakfast was pre cooked, and cold. Although it was in heated containers, the heaters weren't turned on. I know that Filipinos don't mind if their food is cold. But most foreign visitors,. myself included, expect any breakfast that isn't continental, or cereal, to be hot.

The pool was a disappointment. It was green and it looked that it hadn't been cleaned in months. You couldn't literally see the tiles of the floor. It was really dirty. We booked this hotel to spend the day relaxing in the pool while waiting for our flight. I checked out after we saw the pool and make another reservation to spend the day in another hotel with a decent pool.

The apartment was fine and confortable. We arrived really late, but the staff helped us with the late check-in.

WiFi is unreliable, slow, keeps disconnecting, and it doesn't even reach some areas of the room. There is no socket next to the bed, so I couldn't charge my phone and look at it while in bed.

The pool is very nice The staff is incredibly helpful! The room is nice also, has everything it needs
