Boiler seemed to be out of order, and in general the bathroom already needs refreshment. Bathrobe, tea/coffee maker, hairdryer were listed in the booking but absent in the room. I didn't need it, so haven't requested.

The hotel is basic and the tile floors were not well cleaned. I asked for a rag to clean the floors myself. They also forgot to clean behind sink's floor in the bathroom. The shower drain was slow.

I liked how the hotel has a water dispenser, providing both cold, room temperature, and hot water. We could get hot water to make our own coffee. The price was affordable. The air conditioner works well. The beds were comfortable. They were still open when I arrived at midnight.

No close restaurants or social places. Their facilities were under renovation so we couldn't use the restaurant or bar. It's really convenient if you need it as rest point between flights

The rooms felt incomplete. The room my wife stayed in was missing a hot water heater for the shower which we were informed of when we arrived. It was also missing a TV, but had the hook-ups for it. There were holes between the air conditioner and the wall that could allow lizards to get into the room. Having lived in the Philippines for a couple of years, this was pretty normal for my wife and I, but I could see it being a big red flag to those who might book there. It seems like they just don't have enough money to spruce up the hotel in the way they want and I hope they get more business!

Lighthouse View hotel was very accommodating and friendly. We were in a pickle due to how early our flight was the next day on Panay Island and if we stayed on Boracay we probably wouldn't have made our flight. Luckily, Lighthouse View hotel was close to the airport and had enough rooms for my friends and family to stay in. They were super helpful in getting us settled in and even upgraded one of our rooms for free. They even brought juice to our rooms after we arrived which was very nice. Hotel Van service to the airport was on time and they helped get all our luggage to the airport as well. Overall, it met my expectations for what it was.

The wifi was poor but I was hotspotted by a staffer on my level. They promised to fix it. Just needs a relay modem.

The room was big and super clean. Looked like a recent makeover. Bathroom was big and had hotwater and a hose for the toilet (love the hose) Jug supplied, vanity desk with mirror for the ladies, cupboard space and aircon. Nice dining room downstairs.They provided a car service to the port for only 30 pesos. A special shoutout to the staff especially Dezza, Rose and Jiggs, who couldn't have been more helpful.

Awful experience avoid this place. We checked into a dirty room which looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was some questionable residue all over the toilet seat, staines all over the bed sheets. There was around 4 fitted sheets on top of the mattress. Just Avoid!
