Steep outdoor staircase - not for the elderly or unfit. A bit awkward for the taxi to find location.

A very basic accommodation at a backpacker level with no frills - but clean, helpful staff and overall value for money. Handy to the airport @ 30 mins (not 12 mins as stated!) A late checkout was allowed for small additional payment

Hope that Booking.Com emphasizes the property description to avoid confusion for future booking as the property don't have "fully equipped kitchen" which is stated in the property definition

Very noisy location, the room was not sound proof, we're not able to sleep for the 2 nights stay coz surroundings were very noisy. We stayed at 3rd floor and it was very steep, there's no elevator, not advisable if you have heavy luggage.

Great very nice and helpful staff, very good price, very comfortable bed, tv, ac, everything is great, but it's very noisy, very far of everything, and very difficult to get into room because of the discomfortable stairs

The location is near to mckinley if you will be using grab/angkas however for jeepney you would need to ride 2 jeeps. The property is easy to locate. If you are sensitive with noise I won’t recommend this coz it’s near the highway which you can really hear the vehicles and that I really had a hard time sleeping.

MJ Home is a fantastic choice for transient rooms. Though the rooms are small, they are well-equipped with everything I needed - from a cold air conditioner, private bathroom, and reliable wifi to thoughtful amenities like free drinking water, kitchenware, and a flat screen TV with free Netflix. Despite being near the C-5 highway, the noise was minimal at night, allowing me to sleep peacefully. The location is convenient, with just one ride to BGC where I often conduct my activities. One afternoon, I encountered a single cockroach, but aside from that, the room was impeccably clean. The owner couple's warm hospitality was a highlight; they assisted me with my heavy luggage, provided extra soap and floor mat, and even surprised me with a plate full of noodles. They also gave me a key to the main door for added convenience. While I didn't get a chance to visit the rooftop, my overall experience at MJ Home was delightful, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and attentive hosts.

The gate and as locked when we got back after we had dinner. It was raining and we were wet while waiting to be opened.

Very welcoming and helpfull Owner and Staff . The Room was clean and everything i needed. It has Netflix and solid Wifi. I sure book this Place again .Mj even greeted me with a Plate of traditional Phillipino Cousin. Thx for the hospitality

No only thing to dislike was the traffic noise of the traffic, due to the big road next to the hotel but it didnt bother me. If youre sensitive to sleeping in the noise, so that might be a problem.

The room were really clean. No dust under the bed, nether any insects going around. No stains or anything sketchy. Clean sheets and towels, also soap, shampoo ja toothpasteThere was also airconditioning, and tv with netflix and youtube.

What I don't like it the sink in the bathroom. It's not working. Already informed the owner but there's no action on their end, though they did let us borrow an additional rag because the water coming from the bathroom was spilled.

I like the place because it's accessible to the main road (C5). It is also convenient to fast food chains and carenderia stalls. 1 ride to market market and BGC, SM Aura, and Guadalupe. Very comfortable too because it has aircon and netflix and smart tv. There's also an honesty store outside the rooms which is very convenient.

It was near a busy road so it can be noisy. There are cleaning and other charges. The door to the toilet doesn't close.
