Very very poor breakfast, poor selection of food , no good sitting area 😢

The toilet got blocked a few times and we needed to call the staff to to address the issue.

The hotel itself looks really nice from the outside and inside it was very clean, quiet and addressed our needs. Breakfast was okay. Staff especially the guards were really friendly. Location was central to everything and was beside the Victory Liner bus depot.

modest hotel in terms of facilities but aircon worked, location is great, central to all including public transport and city center, staff were flexible accommodating to my needs, excellent buffet breakfast has both Filipino and non-Filipino choices like fresh salad and local fruits which they allowed me to take out including coffee.

wifi, soundproof rooms

its not a soundproof facility. we can hear people passing by and they’re noises from the inside. Internet is not working the whole time of our stay 😢😔

Kettle in the room would have been excellent. Parking is not enough although parking staff was very helpful.

Breakfast is almost the same everyday. We didn't have too many choices and we cannot order ala carte to add to our breakfast.

It was in the center of everything and near almost all the restaurants and tourist spots.

There are some hotel guest with children who are really so noisy even it is almost 12 am

Had to change room, as neighbour was smoking heavily (despite being not allowed) and smoke came through connecting door into our room. Staff didn't want to warn customer (maybe an official or so), so we had to move in the night. Breakfast choice is quite limited, but we could eat toast.

Good location, Pizzeria very good and adjacent to hotel. Parking available and friendly and helpful staff.

Noisey inconsiderate neighbors. Not much the hotel could do but there were various families on the floor and their children were running up and down the hall. Lots of shouting and slamming doors. I had to ask one family to please close their door because they left it open, had children, and they were all very loud. Had to sleep with earplugs at this place. I'm assuming the loud guests were all locals but can't be sure. Just too much noise. Welcome to the Philippines.

Very nice room and property. Location near all the activities. I would stay there again but would request the NEW BUILDING as there is a big difference between the newer building and the older rooms.

The location is right next to Victory Liner and SM Baguio. The staffs are outstanding especially the FO ladies.

Poor internet connection. It's a no for freelancers who want to work inside the room. You need to go to the lobby for a good signal.

It's near SM and it's near where taxis come and go. It's very convenient. The staff was great and accommodating.

Only thing we didn’t like is the incosistent connection to wifi. Hard to get a secure and stable connection.
