Parking, They told me someone have had it reserved, we arrive at the hotel at 2:00 PM, no one parked at it, i checked it at 5pm still no one, check again at 11:00PM parking are still available then i woke up at 6:00 am and no one parked, so 2 available parking got wasted. pls check this policy thanks

Nothing at all

Everything. The check in and check out is very fast. The staff are very friendly. I forgot something in my room upon checking out and I asked them if they can send it to me in the bus station I was waiting and they did it very fast. I definitely recommend this hotel. I'll give 100/10. Easy access also for transportation and there's a lot of restaurants around and 7-Eleven is just across the street. The pillows and the bed are excellent 👌

Shower and toilet are in the same small space. So when you take a shower the floor gets a bit flooted. Room is very small, but I don’t mind so. To leave your luggage after checkout it cost a whopping 5,40 dollar for 24h. But also for 4h. Very expensive I’d say.

Just what you need. A bed, ac, shower and toilet. Personnel is very friendly. When I got completely drenched by the rain they offered me a toewensend helped me out.

Location was hard to find at first, since there are a lot of other MyStay hotels in the area, and this one is not located in the main road. Took us a while to reach there. We also had to be careful with the bathroom sliding door cause it doesnt look sturdy enough, like it could break or something. Sink could've been bigger, plus a curtain between the shower area and toilet bowl would've been better. I think the breakfast was pricey, too.

Beds were comfy and we slept pretty well. Staff were accommodating enough and even helped us book Grab cars/taxis. Breakfast came on time, or sometimes much earlier, and we were always replenished with free bottled water and other amenities.

When you get out of the hotel, it would be nice if it's cleaner without any trash piled up in front. I know it's not the trash of the hotel but as an establishment it should be an initiative to make the surrounding area pleasing for their guests. Moreover, a fixed hair dryer in the room is I think, one of the necessities in a hotel. It's quite a hassle to request for it every time you need it.

For a budget hotel, MyStay BGC South branch was worth the money, having clean rooms and professional employees. The location was ideal for my appointments. The area is not your usual "hotel environment" but I liked how very residential it was with numerous shops around (e.g. laundry shop, 7/11, fastfood, etc.) You can even walk or take the tricycle to BGC centre.

They don't have concierge, front counter was very small and cramped, but staff were accomodating and pleasant. Even tho they dont have concierge they let me put my bags while i had to do last minute shopping before my flight!! Their minus is the location, it is in a small alley only and hard to find if you are going 1st time.

Accomodating staff, helped me with my luggages. Room was clean although small only but okay for 1 -2 nights stay. Near Jolibee and other stores, and can get a ride for 5 min going to market and other shops!!just need to ask the counter and they will help.

The room is too cramped. Water is too expensive in Manila, and you only get two bottles per room per day, not enough to hydrate. If you want to get decent clean food, you can only either get Jollibee next door or order online using Grab. The immediate vicinity feels a bit dangerous and unclean. Soundproofing is also negligible, so at night you can't sleep properly. The aircon is too loud also.

The exceptional staff and its proximity to BGC. WiFi is also fast, but sometimes choppy. Bathroom is decent with bidet and water heater. Room is cleaned every day.
