the room they gave us at first the hot shower is not working been reporting it to them many times.. they try to fix it many times.. but i request to them to transfer us to another room.. and the one we transfer is much better than the one they gave us

I hope they could provide water in the room. Maybe a reusable container if they are refraining from using bottled water. It’s hard to go down everytime you needed drinking water.

I like their comfy bed, hot shower is working and clean bathroom. The staffs are really helpful and attentive.

Rooms are very small in size & you will have no space to keep you bags. Should have been bigger for 2 pax.

Hotel is close to happening street and it was clean. The staff are helpful and they keep smiling with good gesture. You have lot of foods available nearby.

the floor has cracked tiles,kindly change or fix,its not safe esp to children,its hard to open the door of the CR due to the cracked tiles.,kindly do spray with insecticides coz there are small cockroaches rooming around esp at night also at the Cr. The wifi should not be off until the client checks out,ng expire ang wifi 4pm til nxt day ng check out..ang channel sa Tv..sana po my intrnational channel..hndi local lng.

When the airconditioning unit stop working in the middle of the night but quickly fixed only minutes after calling the reception in the morning and sent their guy to fixed it.

The aircon in our room is not that cold. Also, there’s no available utensils (spoon & fork) to use. The room of my BF brothers doesn’t have towels as well.

The double bed was very comfortable to lie on. The room was spacious.

The only fault with the hotel was the room safe did not work and although comfortable enough, the room was a little smaller than expected. I guess we should have realized that by the name of the hotel :-D The area outside of the hotel was not really what we were looking for, with lots of bars and restaurants but it would be ideal for younger travelers

The hotel was very nice, with a clean room, big comfortable bed and friendly staff. WiFi worked well and the road upon which the hotel is located is relatively quiet. There was a great little restaurant a few hundred yards away for all day breakfast.

The value for the price was great. The staff were very polite and location was good. Close to the pubs and restaurants.

The bathroom is not very ergonomic, especially the bidet which also seemed to be leaking. Didn’t really inconvenience us but that was about the only problem I had.

Very approachable staff. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Typical amenities found in a hotel: shampoo, body wash, towels, toilet paper, mini fridge, and coffee mugs. It was good for the price.
