Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaThe people don’t talking each other that much. Many guests don’t work remotely. Less foreigners many locals. The hostel is doing a good job it’s sad that the strangers are not really open. Just a few of them. Sone employees looks like they are not happy to work in the nomad hub
Free coffee & drinks because of the co working space

PhilippinesCONS: Congested Rooms: The room I was assigned had five bunk beds, making it quite congested. I'm not sure if the other rooms are the same, but this setup felt cramped. Bathroom Location and Cleanliness: The bathroom and shower area are located on the ground floor, which means you have to go downstairs every time you need to use them. Additionally, the cleanliness was below my expectations. Limited Facilities in Women's Bathroom: The women's bathroom only has two shower areas and one toilet and 1 or 2 sink, which can lead to waiting times and inconvenience, especially during peak hours.
PROS: Great for Remote Work: If you're working remotely and seeking a budget-friendly hostel, Nomad's Hub is a solid choice. Strong Wi-Fi: The internet connection is reliable, ensuring you can work without any issues. Workspace Availability: There’s a workspace on the ground floor where you can also order food from their mini kitchen. Private rooms are available if you need more privacy to work. Effective A/C: The air conditioning in the bedroom is very cold—I found myself freezing at times! Affordable and Convenient Location: The hostel is affordable and located in a nice area. There's a bank right across the street and nearby, and it's within walking distance to convenience stores, a bakery, and some restaurants. Easy Transportation Access: Located on the main road, it's easy to catch a taxi, jeepney, or book a motorbike. Helpful Staff: The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommendation: If you plan to stay for more than a week, book the place for one night initially. Before you check out, inform them you'd like to extend your stay. This is cheaper than the daily rate on the app. They charge PHP 3500 per week and PHP 8500 per month.

PhilippinesLack of security. People can come and go easily unnoticed. I suggest hiring a security guard for protection.
I like the location very much since it's near for malls, entertainment, hospitals and restaurants. Plus, it has very strong wifi.

LithuaniaRooms are little smaller than I expected. Living in a hostel type of rooms is always a risk because one day you can have great roommates, next day you can have a drunk person. Towels should be added in the rate of stay for free specially if the guest is staying for more than 1-2 days.
Co-working space is great. There's a place you can put your belongings for safekeeping (make sure to bring your own padlock (small/medium size).

ChinaYou need to bring your own lock to use the lockers. The hostel doesn't provide locks and none of the shops nearby sell locks. My first night out I had to take my backpack with laptop and passport out on the town. Not ideal.
Location is good. There are some decent pubs and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to the ferry if you're going island hopping.

PhilippinesThey noted my request for lower bunk bed but upon arrival they declined even if I mentioned I have an injury and even there were available lower bunk beds, 3 beds to be exact. The lady mentioned that the beds were occupied but I was in the room the whole time and no one came to occupy. They also cut the wifi early even before check out I'm not sure if it has to do with the time I checked in, other shower room and sink is not working. but the rest of the service was good including food.. Might still consider coming back since the area is near to many establishments within the city.
Food, vicinity, cleanliness, a quiet place to relax and work.

RussiaThere were no blankets. When I asked, they gave me just another sheet. There are lock-boxes on each bed, but no locks for them. Prices for additional services is super strange: for instance, to rent a towel costs 200 pesos + 150 pesos as a deposit. Seems you can buy 3 towels for 200 pesos in Cebu.
The bed was quite comfortable, so I slept well. It was silent in the room. Free drinks in coworking for guests.

United StatesThey didn't have some of the services available that I've become accustomed to since backpacking, like tour accommodation and laundry.
Definitely not the most social hostel, but it was good for me as I wanted to get some stuff done so the workspace was great for me. It's also pretty convenient that they have a food and drink menu available for purchase.

United KingdomThe Internet connection was confusing as it has the same name in different locations but different passwords. Toilet in the room was a bit faulty and had to adjust to flush
No breakfast was provided but there is a restaurant on the premises that serves really good food. Plus it had a small. And it is small which I used to chillax from the heat, and did some pool exercises. Location is close to shopping malls to get food to.

Czech RepublicI was sleeping by the wall right next to the hall and I could hear and feel every noice and feel every step. also if you want to socialize with people it’s not the best hostel.

PhilippinesNo bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Small space to place bags. You can also hear the noise from the outside.
The co working space is a haven for someone like me who does work while traveling. I kinda expected it as a non social hostel since it is designed to cater digital nomads which is fine with me. Food is cheap and it's nice that they have unli coffee and tea. Please keep feeding the cat outside. She's nice and cute!

Brazilno hooks to hang the towel in the room, more a coworking than a hostel, there were no toilet seats (super uncomfortable and unsanitary), lockers and towels (only for rent) and water pressure in the shower is terrible! Also the locker they have in the room does not even proper for a backpack.
Super fast wifi for digital nomads, very convenient that they have cheap food there, but very limited
