We booked a very nice room with direct access to the pool. Rooms were very comfy and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend!

they did not inform us (although we asked) that there are small shops (sari sari store) and restaurants (karinderiya the food was good and cheap ) where we could eat, but it's fine and understandable maybe management instructed the staff. Lesson learned to always. check the neighborhood for good finds :)

Pool closes at 9. Aircon leaks. The house keeper knew because she cleaned the water . Fridge is tiny. Like for 6 cans. Can't even fit a bottle in it. Wifi is slow and cuts in and out. It's far away from everything. Wouldn't recommend unless you have own transport

The housekeeping issue. The room would be more cleaner. We have been out all day from 8:30 to 9 pm and we put the sign outside the door MAKE UP THE ROOM. and we came back to our 4 rooms they just changed our towels, emptied the bin, and tidied up the bed, and they didn't change the bedding or hover the floor. Coz we can see lots of hair on the floor and also inside the shower. And with my daughter's room and family room. They cleaned and changed the bed however they left the toilet dirty, with lots of insects on the floor, and it looked like they never checked the toilet to clean.

All the staff are super friendly, the facility is nice and clean well maintained, the room is unexpectedly huge size and we have comfortable sleep.

1. The cleanliness. The family room we booked was not clean. We encountered many roaches plus the sink had a lot of stains. Mosquitoes also filled the place. 2. The location. We had to spend 150 php one way just to get to Alona beach. It’s a bit far.

My child loved the swimming pool since it is clean and well-maintained.

Upon check in, our bathroom looks like it wasnt cleaned well it was smelly and there was a lot of bugs inside the bathroom. The drawers are very old and looked dirty as well. lastly, the room that we stayed in does not look like the ones on the picture. we booked the family suite. Our room was old.

The rooms were not really sound proof, I mean we woke up at 4am hearing the banging of the door next to us plus the room above us we can hear them moving their chairs and the room beside us too, we can hear their tv running at 3am m, we weren't able to have a good sleep because of that.

The staff were excellent, they went above and beyond to meet all of our needs.

the room was basic and clean, the bedding was very comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful the location is perfect, near to the Alona beach by just one ride away, and yet it was quite and comfortable at night. You can just chilling by the pool side.

TV was broken in the Dorm type room. There were bugs in the room. No laundry bag, and when I ask for it, I was told to go to the kitchen and ask for a garbage bag instead. There were no complimentary coffee/tea. Bring extra cash as the front desk will ask for a security deposit upon check-in. Overpriced Toktok, going to South Beach, we were charge P150 which is overpriced considering the beach is just 550 meters away from the resort. Deluxe Room shower was broken. Also, no restaurants nearby. You need to take the tok-tok to grab some food. There were no phones in the room so if you need something you have to call their cellphone no. When I asked for cutlery, front desk said there were no available staff so I was asked again to go down and ask from the Kitchen.

Some of the rooms were outdated and needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. My room was infested with spiders and spider egg sacs, the sheets were stained and they forgot to put on pillowcases on the pillows. The pillows were stained yellow and did not smell good.
